She denied my symptoms and refused to help me. BayCare is the worst! Stay away! The center refused to acknowledge the diagnosis that I have had from three prior physicians, ask for diagnostic testing that would cost $$$$ - THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Wanted a second opinion and new psychiatrist immediately confirmed what three previous physicians diagnosed me with. Dr Humphrey is a useless as the mask she wears in her office. A wet paper bag has more of a personality.

I think a new look at policies and procedures for emergency situations would be in order. If someone is on medications that can negatively affect their brain a refill till such appointment should be warranted or at least exceptions for quicker appointments should be made so there's not a long lapse without medications. Now hes been depressed, angry.... The whole family is going through the motions. It's frustrating!

I'm also a physician myself, and I know the difficulty of running a private practice in this day and age. It is very challenging, yet their office has not only expanded but improved therapeutic modalities, treatment options, as well as remaining open to communication where office staff will address your concern immediately. I have seen Dr. DeVine since the age of 6. He has always had my back, he is family at this point, and one of the best psychiatrists, I know of. He puts the emphasis on the patient and humbly meets them where they're at. He has always gone above and beyond, and I'm confident the quality of his practice will remain exceptional in the years to come. I also am driving hours away just to stay onboard because he is worth the drive or flight. That should tell you something!
