We just used Reinmanpro to get bird proofing installed on our roof and solar panels. We've had them…read morefor about a year, and the last few months, pidgeons have been driving us crazy. It's always scary having someone come to do work on your house, but our Reinmanpro team were amazing the whole way through. I called on 6/25 to book an inspection, and they were able to come out a week later to get us set up with a quote. Mark came out to help us and I knew we were in good hands! He was super thorough, answered our questions, and even brought something up we hadn't thought about: our HOA! This felt like a no brainer for us because it was to protect our home, but he was totally right, we did need to go through our HOA approval process. The HOA was the slowest part of the experience. In anticipation for that, Mark provided us with 2 quotes Mark kindly checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything else from him and the team. When we FINALLY got approval from the HOA, I contacted Mark (7/20) and he was able to get in touch with the team for us to get installation services THE SAME WEEK!!! This team is amazing. For installation, we had Armando & Robert, again, both super professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We wanted to make sure that our garage was open for them so that they had a staging area if they needed it, and make sure that they had access to a bathroom, but we also have two very curious kitties. We gave them a heads-up, and they were both very understanding, accommodating, and careful when they came inside. Installation took ~4 hours (which is so much faster than I thought it was going to be), and the results already look beautiful. In addition to the bird proofing, the team cleaned our solar panels (I had no idea they would be that dusty after just 1 year). We are absolutely getting on there annual plan for solar panel cleaning, which is a huge relief for us because I know that this team will take care of our house like it was their own. So glad we found you Reinmanpro team!

We had a wonderful experience with ReinmanPro, getting bird-proofing (both netting and spikes)…read moreinstalled on the roof of our 3-story home to protect our solar panels and rooftop. All of the staff were considerate and communicative. We were able to get scheduled for a quote within a week of calling, and when Mark came out to do a walkthrough, he was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. Because we live in a neighborhood with an HoA, it took us a while to get permission to do the installation, and ReinmanPro was polite & patient about checking in with us without being pushy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided us with quotes for both "just netting" and "netting + spikes", so that we were prepared regardless of what the HoA determined was allowed. Thankfully we were able to do the full install, rather than a partial. Installation was scheduled quickly, for the same week that we accepted a quote. The day-of installation was quick and easy, taking only about 4 hours. Armando and Robert did a fantastic job, treating both us and our home with respect. In addition to the bird-proofing device installation, they also washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters, and did a full clean-up of the worksite. They gave us a ton of before and after pictures from every angle, so we could see exactly what work was completed. Overall, ReinmanPro did great work, and we are planning to have them back once a year for solar panel cleaning. I'd like to give a big thank you to Mark, Armando, and Robert!

He did not try to oversell or pressure us relative to suggestions he made and decisions we needed to make. We agreed on pricing / scope of work and he started by pressure cleaning our driveway. Because of the heat and the manner in which the heat would impact the application he recommended coming back a day later and much earlier in the morning to begin staining and sealing the driveway. We had previously agreed on the color we were looking for and throughout the process he engaged with us to make sure we were happy with the color and process. The driveway now looks as if we had recently had fresh concrete poured!!! We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of work to done. Most importantly, Jeff did exactly what he told us he would do and there were no surprises. There we no upcharges at the end of the job and, again, what was promised on was delivered!! The whole experience was very refreshing and Jeff was a real pleasure to work with. Kerry P.

I hired Jeff to clean my driveway, he asked about sealing. I showed him a sealant I had purchased,…read moreit was natural as I did not want gloss. He stated he had something better that would last longer. I asked if I did part of the driveway if that would be weird and his response was no. See photo, horrid. When questioning Jeff about this he states it will lighten up after 4-6 months in the sun. (the contractor who did my driveway said it will never be the same again) In questionning Jeff about the shine he stated that is what most/all of his customers want and then stated that is what he had in his garage. Never asked me if I wanted gloss. I now have this ugly driveway and I have to live with it. I do not want to put gloss on the entire drive. I have sealed the rest myself with natural. Be careful, get all in writing because verbal means nothing.
