Takeout experience: The takeout process was easy and seamless. We ordered online from the website. It was ready right on time as it was scheduled online, and it was seamless pickup. They texted and emailed my order details which was helpful. Food: We ordered the lamb biryani which was flavorful... and SPICY! there isn't an option to choose a spice level here, so just make sure if you're ordering this you have a tolerance to spice. It was definitely one of my favorite dishes we ordered here! We ordered 3 curries, and it came with 3 complementary boxes of white rice! I appreciate we didn't have to specifically order a separate side of rice. Also liked the chicken saag. The vegetable curry sauce was good. We ordered the butter chicken and the chicken tikka masala. While they tasted good, the two dishes tasted the same; they were indistinguishable. They had labels on their containers, but tbh it didn't matter. That was just our experience - everyone in our party felt the same way. Overall, the food was good and we'd order from here / come to dine here again. Just would probably not double up on the latter two dishes.

We visited Everest Cuisine and tried quite a few dishes including the appetizer platter, veg momo,…read morechicken momo, Nepali chicken curry, dal makhni, kadai paneer, and veg biryani. Overall, the food was good and flavorful, and we enjoyed most of the items we ordered. The Nepali chicken curry, dal makhni, and kadai paneer especially stood out with good flavors and taste. The veg momo was a bit underwhelming and did not stand out compared to the other dishes. Also, the veg biryani turned out to be quite spicy even though we had specifically requested mild spice level. Other than that, the experience was good and we enjoyed trying the variety of dishes.

When you ask any local in town for curry recommendations, you'll usually be pointed to one of three…read moreplaces--and the person recommending it is often very loyal to their favorite. I've been to all three and regularly visit two of them, with Everest being my least favorite. There are a few reasons it ranks at the bottom for me, the main one being the food. Compared to its competitors, I find it to be subpar. The dishes tend to lack depth of flavor, and despite trying several menu items, they just haven't quite nailed the seasoning or spice levels. The service has always been friendly, with no issues there, and the restaurant itself is fine--nothing special, more of a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. I'd still suggest giving it a try and judging for yourself, but I also recommend trying the other options in town so you can decide which one you think is the best.

Some of the blandest Thai food and most indifferent service I've experienced…read more It was moderately busy when we got there, and no one who walked in was greeted or acknowledged for several minutes, which happened during our entire time there. It took a long time to get water, menus, and no one checked on us after the food arrived. The glass noodles desperately needed spice- I asked for "medium" and that was apparently interpreted as "zero". The fresh spring rolls were embarrassing, with not much more than iceberg lettuce. I'm giving them some credit for the curry, which actually did have spice and my husband described as acceptable. The satay sauce had some kick, which I used to make my noodles more edible. It seems like the high reviews are a function of the area lacking other Thai options, and locals accepting indifferent service from restaurants. Just know it's not because of good food or service.

A lot of times I find really good food in random places. Like there is an amazing Dominican restaurant in Orem (Provo Utah) and you would never think it would be good lol! But I ordered a small curry chicken meal on DoorDash with extra gravy and a side of peppa sauce. Service was somewhat good..and I say somewhat because they listened to my requests but didn't include my drink I ordered. I ordered a Ting.. Thankfully the Dasher took it upon himself to stop at a gas station and get me a Pepsi which was super nice of him and I was extremely grateful! The small was the perfect size and still too much for me. Chicken is juicy and flavorful, cabbage is super good. Rice & Peas were so good and not overly seasoned. Definitely ordering again. Peppa sauce was great too!

**June 2025: Sunday Afternoon Visit**…read more Wow! This was one of my favorite meals on my eight state roadtrip and kinda wished we ate there twice. The restaurant is located in a small shopping plaza and the restaurant is very casual. There are small and large size plates for patrons to enjoy, but my friend and I decided to get two small plates so we could try different proteins. -Small Oxtail Plate $14 - Holy cow! I was really surprised by how much meat we were given. In California we'd probably see half the amount and double the price and obviously it was tasty. The oxtail was tender -Small Chicken Curry Plate $11 - This chicken curry dish tastes like what my dad makes at home. The chicken is tender, and there was abundant vegetables that were soft and soaked up the curry juices Both order came with slaw and rice and worked well with the proteins. If you love flavor and at an affordable price A&D Jamaican will make you very happy. I hope if I get to visit again I'll get to try their goat meat! :D

So I notice an almost 2 hours has gone by and I go to the DoorDash app to check the update and there's no updates, still says placed order. So I called the restaurant and a guy answered the phone, I explained I placed an order through DoorDash, and he was super rude.. His response was rude, he really didn't care it felt like. He said they haven't been doing DoorDash since 2024.. I said I see it right here and placed an order and I said have you guys done anything about it? He said we don't own the account. Even if you don't own it, whoever is the owner of the restaurant should be able to make changes. It's super misleading and also money comes out of your account and you can get a refund but it takes time for the money to come back to your account . Needless to say, the service made me not want to go there and I won't be going. Like don't get smart with me because your restaurant is on DoorDash. Do something about it.. Sheesh! Instead I went to Pacific Rim Cafe today and it was amazing! I will be writing a GREAT review for them. Don't be the restaurant that loses customers just because you don't have good customer service. I did end up looking at some reviews and see this has been an issue. I don't always look at reviews. And I really shouldn't have to..

Happy we did because it hit the spot after a long day sightseeing. We ended up trying threedifferent Vietnamese noodle soups: Pho Dac Biet, Bun Bo Hue, and Mi Hoanh Thanh. We enjoyed the broth for each soup. They were also all packed with meats, veggies, and noodles. These were large bowls so very filling. I love when Pho restaurants add tendon and tripe to their Pho, and this place wasn't shy on adding them to the Pho Dac Biet. We also had Nem Cuon as an appetizer, which came with four fairly large rolls. Dipping sauce was different than I'm used to for Nem Cuon, but in a good way. Notes: Worker was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Interior was nicely decorated with fun Vietnamese items. Clean and spacious restaurant with many tables for small and large parties. Food came out fairly quickly. Great filling meal that hit the spot for us.
