The no-shows are bad enough, but to not even communicate that you're not coming so I can salvage my day is beyond unacceptable and as unprofessional as it gets. DO NOT USE LIVEWIRE. EVER. I will post another review after the next "appointment", as I seem to be locked into using Livewire through my company.
