I have been calling the office since January 5th, 2021 and leaving 100 voicemails but no one answers the phone and no one calls back. They made me sign a paper saying that I will be charged $50 for not showing to the appointment or not canceling the appointment 24 hours in advance. How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment if no one is answering freaking phone. Today is January 14th and today it's not even going to voicemail. It hangs up on it own. I have tried numbers listed on their website and on their confirmation email I got for January 19th appointment. I don't know how I am going to cancel this appointment but I will never ever go there again.

The women who work in the reception/check-in and check-out are really nice as well. The renovations to the office are a definite improvement, except for the checkout station. They enlarged the office so the waiting area is larger and there are more examination rooms but they must not have included an area or design for the checkout station. It's odd and makes it hard to actually checkout.

Incidentally while I was there, there was another lady there whose appointment they messed up and she was so disappointed that she just left.

Since this is my first pregnancy, I had plenty of questions and concerns during the first visit but I DID NOT feel in no type of way comfortable to even speak considering as soon as I even spoke about having nausea. The doctor straight up just said she would prescribe a medication and kept it moving. The wait time was a LONG TIME and after my first visit I decided that would be my last. I had called and asked all of my info be faxed over to a new office. They called back saying that I would be charged for the papers being faxed over and then proceeded to email me all of my paperwork UPSIDE DOWN. I missed my period August 2, 2023. On the paperwork it said my last missed period was JANUARY OF 2022. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE?... I would not recommend this office to anyone. There's so many other places to choose from. I only came here because I saw so many good reviews and I was mislead. Save yourself the trouble, find another OBGYN.

I was examined by Abu Sheriff, who completely missed the issue, dismissed it as an "infected skin tag," and sent me home with a prescription. My symptoms grew significantly worse. Two days later, the agonizing pain forced me to go to Patient First for emergency care. After a proper, thorough examination, the doctor there found that it was not a skin tag at all--it was a large, live tick that had been embedded in my neck for weeks. They removed it immediately.Because Abu Sheriff failed to perform a basic, careful examination, I carried a live tick for days longer than necessary. I have now officially tested positive and been diagnosed with Lyme disease as a direct result of this delayed removal and severe oversight.I have full medical documentation, photographs, and records from Patient First proving this negligence. Also, they are currently allowing me to make payments since my previous health insurance did not include dental and I needed cleanings and check-ups for myself and three kids. They have been courteous on the phone and have not pressured me.
