Michelle Bodie, PA-C, is very kind to my family wherever we visit. She has helped me for many years…read morewith acne, and it finally cleared. It would have cleared a long ago if I just took her suggestions like I was supposed to, but she understood my initial concerns and was patient with me in trying to find alternate remedies. All along the way, she made sure to check up and see if any physical or emotional side-effects were negatively affecting my wellbeing. She also helped my mother clear a freak rash in days. The rest of the staff at Dermatology partners is pleasant as well. They always great me with a smile, and they know be by name since I've been going there so long. If I have any issues with paperwork or scheduling, they are always happy to help! Speaking of which, I understand that scheduling is very tight. She and the Dermatology Partners have a wide range of patients they must assist. Like any other business, they even have to take a well-deserved holiday from time to time. Yet, when I was still dealing with acne, they still managed to get me in every month at a reasonable time, and my appointments were canceled or shifted. If you have a skin condition, please contact them and ask for Michelle Bodie if you can.

I've seen 3 different people at this facility and they all shove you out the door ASAP. Not only me, but 2 of my friends have experienced this too. I decided to go to Cleveland Clinic for my skin exams and treatment in the future. My 2 friends are contemplating on doing the same. If you're young, you'll be fine here.

This Ulta is amazing and is 100xs better than the Sephora inside Kohls…read more Love the staff here, the selection, and the point system. Mary, both of the Jens (Jen C Brow Bar and manager), and Alicia are all wonderful as are the majority of the staff I've been in contact with!

I never leave reviews anywhere, unless the experience is super great or super awful, and…read moreunfortunately, this appointment warrants a review. I just had the worst blowout experience of my life at this Ulta. Where do I begin? I'll try... I'm traveling for work and told the stylist, Brenna, I had a work event tonight and wanted to look nice. I wanted a normal, volumized blow out with soft/bigger curls, which I get often... it was a disaster on all fronts. Granted, Brenna is probably a newly licensed stylist, however, I feel like Ulta should be training their stylists better to prevent things like this from happening. First, I have thick hair. Every stylist I've ever had shampoos my hair twice to ensure the scalp was reached, especially when you are going for a volumized blow out... the scalp needs to be cleaned and not weighed down! Instead, the stylist shampooed my hair once and didn't touch my scalp. She barely touched my head, in fact. My hair literally felt gross afterwards. Her conditioning took 5 seconds. Total bowl time was less than 5 minutes and I have a TON of hair. One of the reasons I go to Ulta when travelling for blowouts is I can count on the scalp/bowl massage... Did not get that this time at all. Such a bummer. Then, we hit the chair. She blow dried my hair for nearly two hours and it's still wet. I'm NOT a hair stylist but I know how to do a blow out (get the hair 80% dry then start using a round brush). She did none of that. For nearly two hours, she used a DRYBAR electric brush dryer and when one stylist asked her if she liked the tool, she said "no, her hair keeps getting Stuck in it." Like, isn't that your que to stop using it? ugh. And, with every section she touched, she lathered my hair with a leave in conditioner spray. I am all for products, but this made it even heavier (why would you do that when the goal is volume, light and bouncy)! My hair literally looks like crap. It's frizzy. It's still wet!!!! She didn't talk the entire time, either which just made it awkward. At the end, I ended up tipping 20%, but I am a HUGE tipper, because I truly value people`s time and talents. Had she done a decent job or even asked for help, I would have tipped this girl better. I just felt like she didn`t care, and neither did anyone else who saw the outcome. I'm sure she's new but someone should have stepped in to help Brenna or salvaged my hair. I'm Literally going back to my hotel to wash this crap out of my hair and dry it correctly. A total waste of $52 and 2.5 hours!
