I went home to my hair being so badly damaged from the bleach treatment from being over processed. My stylist let me walk out of the salon like this. I spent yesterday crying because my hair is ruined. I messaged the stylist this morning and her responses were extremely snobby which is unfortunate because she's a nice person. She did not take accountability for her actions. I've spoken to other stylists and told them what was done and each one of them were shocked that was done to my hair. She did process a full refund after I requested, she offered to fix it but I don't ever want to walk in that salon again. I'm stuck with my hair like this and don't even know what to do besides get it healthy with some products before attempting to have someone touch it. Extremely irresponsible and I'm very upset. Even after my refund because I have to walk around like this.

The price of services is also so affordable compared to salons in Cleveland. I have no doubt that if Kori moved to a big city, she could be making triple what she has charged me for balayage or all over color - but I'm glad she hasn't yet! She also makes sure you walk out looking amazing, whether it's giving you a blowout, straightening or curling your hair at no extra charge. She keeps an Instagram of her work so it's easy to browse through and show her, "I want this" and she knows exactly how to do it vs finding something on Pinterest and hoping for the best. She's also really good about allowing you to schedule via online or text and puts out reminders of when she is going to be out of the salon. Her hours are flexible which is so nice for someone driving in from out of town after work or on weekends. She is willing to recommend products if you ask but never pushes products on customers at checkout like some salons too, which can make for an uncomfortable experience. Anyway, we discussed which rods to use and I told her I didn't want a tight curl, just bigger curls. Curls. And I showed her a pic of what I wanted. Okay-she says "this is what was used previously - orange and peach rods". So, not wanting a tight curl like that, let's do a bigger rod combination-we decided on green and peach. I have no curl, none. She said if I dry it upside down I may get more body out of it. Nice. Not a single curl! Shania was there and witnessed everything and could hear the discussion about the rods, but was dishonest telling the manager (Brandy) lies saying that I insisted on those rods. When I called Brandy to discuss the ordeal, I expected to get at least half of my money back or some products since they can't do another perm, but she was not willing to listen at all, saying 4 stylists all told her the same story - funny, because there were only two in there and they were lying. They told her I insisted on those rods. I have no idea how to do perms, nor which rods would work best-that's why I go to salons for my perms! I'm leaving this review because they do not know how to take care of their customers, I learned a lesson...so thought I'd share with you. I am sorry I didn't wait for my regular girl to come back, but know that I'll never make that mistake again!
