I am possibly the pickiest person ever because I come from a family of hair stylists and I am a nail tech for an Aveda salon in Chicago. I am terrible with names... the girl who did my updo was wonderful. The best was the manicure. The girl who did it was adorable little blonde, she recently finished school, but she knows her stuff! She was doing brows of another customer, but a quick "I'll be with you in a moment" was all that was necessary. Instead she looked at me and then looked away, purposefully ignoring me. So I approached a clerk in the store who told me I would have to call for an appointment when I asked if she could make an appointment for me. Why would I call the store if I am standing right there? Seriously disappointed in Ulta and their Benefit reps. One star is one too many for this place.
