The salon is adorable and I loved my services! I went in for an updo and a mani. I am possibly the pickiest person ever because I come from a family of hair stylists and I am a nail tech for an Aveda salon in Chicago. I am terrible with names... the girl who did my updo was wonderful. The best was the manicure. The girl who did it was adorable little blonde, she recently finished school, but she knows her stuff! I was so impressed with her knowledge and work ethic! She took her time and did not fly through the service. I had told her I was disappointed with my previous hair girl.... this is the hardest part about relocating to a new city! After my hair cut she was showing me pictures of her color work & discussed price for coloring my hair. I decided to go for it & book an appointment. When I'm in the chair I just let my stylist know a couple things I don't like & then put the ball in their court.... they are the professional. After my first bayalage color with Michelle I was hooked. My friends back home said it was the best my hair color has looked in years. She keeps a book of her clients colors. I like that she refers to that & then makes adjustments. I have a ton of long thick hair & Michelle styles it to perfection every time. She calls herself a curling master & she is correct! My hair doesn't always hold a curl & I had mixed feelings the first time she wanted to curl it. But if Michelle curls my hair at my appointment it actually lasts the entire day! I now book my appointments with Michelle every 9-10 weeks for a color & cut. After 3 great color appointments I'm so happy I finally found an amazing reliable colorist in Louisville!

Paige, the girl who colored my hair decided to make my hair darker all over and I hated it! She said ahe would fix it and when I asked her she kept telling me to wash it a few more time. Finally when she said to come in, she proceeded to tell me I wpuld be charged FOR HER MISTAKE!!! Worst customer services I have ever seen. I would NOT recommend her to anyone!!
