I scheduled a massage (on the wrong day in my error!‍), and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They were exceptional from the moment I arrived (which, as noted, was on the wrong day and and entire week early). The staff were as accommodating as could be, and they managed to work me on for a 30-minute massage with the wonderfully talented and gifted Kathleen! She was exceptional at diagnosing things and helping me work through the pain in my neck and other things I didn't even realize were troubling me! Additionally, the accommodations are lovely! The facility is beautiful with attention to every detail from the immaculate locker rooms down to the infused water and carefully packaged snacks. It's a top-notch spa experience in every sense!
