I've been going to this location since they first opened at Serramonte. That's why I know this artist been there for years.

I used to go at Benefits to have my eyebrows done. Everytime I had a blast, very happy about the service, nothing to say. They took their time, do a really good job and really professional. EXPECT here, I met Donna there. Do not ask her to take care of your brows. The reason is simple : expect keeping say "honey" or "sweetheart" nothing is done. She did not use those skills that benefits is suppose to have. And I was the one removing my own hair, because she could not see them..Really? I told her there are still hairs and showed her, BUT she was not able to grab them..AND she did remove hair that was suppose to define my brows. I did my lip as well, and this is far from perfect. So please save your brow and ask for someone else. read more

We started with a consultation, she mapped out my brows, and only began the "permanent" work after my go-ahead. Throughout the session, Huyen was so patient, kind, and open to casual conversation. Now two weeks out, my brows have healed beautifully, and I suspect they'll only need minimal adjustments at the follow-up appointment.
