After…read moregetting yanked around for over a year from my previous contractor, I had enough of poor communication, false hope and non action. It wasn't easy to find Justin and my hope was disintegrating after being ghosted by people who never showed up, people who showed up then don't follow through with the estimate, or people who didn't honor appointments. Thankfully he restored my confidence! Justin is knowledgeable, down to earth and reliable! R E L I A B L E!!!! I was impressed when we first met that he showed up on time. Not only that, he permitted us to purchase our own materials and provided a materials list. We saved a lot of money just on that. Justin installed a bay window that we had in our garage for 17 months after being ghosted by our original contractor. We were thrilled with the workmanship, and the whole process honestly. From the contract to the scheduling to the work- everything ran like a well oiled machine. He also tore down the ugly fiberglass brick that was installed in 1970 something and replaced it with clip stone. Justin did a great job choosing the color pattern as we chose willow peak which has a variety of colors. We will definitely be working again with Justin for other projects we have. He is a skilled contractor and his crew is very pleasant too. They go the distance! I feel very grateful that we found his company. His crew was kind enough to load our trailer with unused supplies we had to return, they made sure to clean up after working, and were respectful. Impressed is how I would describe the whole experience.

Almost everything he did had to be re-done. The spackling work was terrible, all the plumbing he did leaked, he broke vanity mirror and didn't tell me, and he was annoyed when I mentioned the issues I had with his work! He was a total waste of money! It cost me more money to repair what he broke! I can't believe he is approved contractor by yelp!

When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Kozi. From the time I placed my initial call I was impressed…read morewith the level of professionalism in which they run their business. The quality of work is high and while there was one particular thing I wasn't happy with, they remediated it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just around coordination and communication of the project. There were a few times that work was delayed because communication wasn't entirely robust. It's reflective of a business that is growing at a very high rate. My recommendation is for them to have one single point of contact between the customer and Kozi, with a daily check-in at the end of the day. I love my bathroom, my laundry room, and my new front door. I recently received a quote for my next renovation project and plan to work with Kozi again.
