I couldn't have chosen a better facility for my medical needs. I love the doctors here. The receptionist: I have always been greeted with compassion when I call. The clerks are very good at scheduling and getting messages to the doctors. When I go in for my appointments they are always pleasant and very fast on getting you registered and into see a doctor. BUT here lately they have hired new people to work the front desk and the phone treatment by one lady has been very unprofessional. She does not want to give you any service at all. She is rude and seem to rush you off the phone with little or no help. The only time I am able to get help is if I tell her I am recording her. Then her attitude quickly changes. The new male receptionist I told him I didn't want to talk to this particular lady and he told her and she picked up my call. When I call I pray that I'll get a seasoned receptionist so I don't have to deal with her and my needs will be met expeditiously with professionals who are respectful and courteous.

The knowledge base of my physical therapist was impressive. She measured my range of motion, asked thorough questions, and examined/massaged my leg muscles and knew exactly what the cause of my ailment was. She began a specified exercise routine for me.
