Again, she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very, very professional. I had been having some problems with my left knee. An x-ray was taken, a diagnosis was given, as well as treatment prescribed on the same visit. She also gave me instructions on what to, and what not to do for the next 30 days, as well as a prescription for PT. I was more than pleased with Dr. Bilbrew's quality of care and will certainly be a returning patient.

I was very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Koch. Both visits, his examination was not…read morethorough and he was very dismissive of my concerns. He only visually inspected my injury and told me to continue with the RICE method (I forgot to mention he also prescribed pain medication and a muscle relaxer). When I inquired about an MRI to see if there was more to my injury, he said he did not think it was necessary since he didn't perceive my pain level as high enough, and it wasn't typical of what he would normally see. Reception even commented their surprise at how brief my appointment was... I went to another orthopedic doctor for a second opinion, since I felt Dr. Koch wasn't thorough and frankly nonchalant about my injury. The second doctor fully assessed me by physically examining my injury (not just looking at it), doing x-rays and ordering an MRI. They showed me my MRI results in detail, frame by frame, which revealed my injury was more serious (grade 3, full tears that won't reattach on their own) which make me a candidate for surgery... Every person's body is different. There is no one-size-fits-all assessment for injuries/ailments. Dr. Koch's patients need to be treated as individuals because they're unique concerns matter and they are literally putting their lives in the his hands, trusting him to give them a chance at having the best quality of life possible.

Dr. Jove managed my physical therapy, going out of his way to insure I had all the PT necessary. Of all the numerous doctors I have seen over my 70 years, Dr. Jove is the kindest. I am very selective about my health care providers and have moved on from others who were not a good fit. Yes, at times patients have a longer wait than elsewhere. Come prepared. If he treats all patients as he does me, and I am sure he is, he is well worth the wait. I have been to Resurgens where I was treated like a soulless number.

People who are in pain, definitely are going to cry or have outburst about their pain. WAIT TIME: Absolutely INSANE You could have an appointment and still end up waiting 2 hours to even have your name called. Then when you get into a room, end up waiting another 45 minutes or so. They are overbooking and trying to see as many patients as possible and it's an inconvenience to people who actually have an appointment. Wouldn't recommend making an appointment until they change their office practices. I wont be going again.

I had dr Golan do a acl…read morereplacement and during the procedure he drilled the holes/tunnels in my femur and tibia where you attach the new acl ligament in the wrong locations. I mean the holes were way off alignment. Not even close. Nine months later the new ligament was barely even visible on the mri because it was so stretched out. When I woke up from the surgery I was in major pain for about 3 weeks. Taking pain pill every 6 hours for weeks. So after all wastes time and misery I found a more reputable dr at resurgen orthopedics. Had another surgery where the surgeon did bone on bone graft and re drilled the holes in my bones in the correct locations this time. And when I woke up from surgery this time I was barely in any pain at all. I quit taking pain pills about 3 days after the surgery because I didn't need them anymore. I couldn't believe it really. Some dr's know how to do it and some don't. Dr golan definitely does not. He basically wasted a year of my life that I will never get back.
