Not impressed. Always in a rush, seems insulted when ask any questions. Thank goodness went to Athens Ortho for second opinion.

I highly recommend Dr. Maurice Jove, of Atlanta Bone & Joint Specialists. He is an excellent…read moreclinician, who patiently listened to me and responded to my concerns, He accurately diagnosed my issue and described the cause, effect and treatment method. Dr. Jove managed my physical therapy, going out of his way to insure I had all the PT necessary. Of all the numerous doctors I have seen over my 70 years, Dr. Jove is the kindest. I am very selective about my health care providers and have moved on from others who were not a good fit. Yes, at times patients have a longer wait than elsewhere. Come prepared. If he treats all patients as he does me, and I am sure he is, he is well worth the wait. I have been to Resurgens where I was treated like a soulless number.

Front Desk Staff: Nice People Doctors: Nice People…read moreOffice Management: Needs Better People Skills I watched the office manager scold a man who was in EXTREME Pain, about his crying and outburst, which was INSANE!!! People who are in pain, definitely are going to cry or have outburst about their pain. WAIT TIME: Absolutely INSANE You could have an appointment and still end up waiting 2 hours to even have your name called. Then when you get into a room, end up waiting another 45 minutes or so. They are overbooking and trying to see as many patients as possible and it's an inconvenience to people who actually have an appointment. Wouldn't recommend making an appointment until they change their office practices. I wont be going again.

I was in last month for surgery on my trigger finger. I still can't use my hand. I tried to call…read morethe office this morning to speak with someone and was treated with much disrespect by the front office staff the same front office staff I watched disrespect an elderly gentleman last time I was in the waiting room, which by the way has been over an hour and a half the last two visits. When I woke up from surgery the doctor had gone for the day and left instructions with my husband. We all know how that goes. When I went in for my stitches to be removed they sent a medical student in, I had to ask for the physicians assistant because I was having problems then. I'll tried to explain this to him and was pretty much blown off. Fast forward two weeks later my finger and hand is still swollen and I can't use it. I am a pet groomer so I've been out of work for three weeks now. I hope these doctors understand that a crummy front office staff will run patients right at your door. I was willing to give them a third chance to tell me what's going on with my hand even though I don't trust them any longer and was treated horribly. If you need surgery and would like to use your extremities afterwards, find somewhere else to go, don't make the same mistake that I did. I probably will not be able to return to work and when I do I've lost most of my clients. I was giving a Bier procedure for a trigger finger surgery. That is very risky with PAD patients like me, and from what I have found out now, was completely unnecessary. I was originally told a local and some anesthesia would be used. I imagine the medical student they are working with needed to see a bier procedure, which is rather expensive. So I hope he was paying attention so no one else has to go through what I did. I was told afterwards it was a completely normal procedure so that extra anesthesia was not even necessary. Live and learn. Bottom line is I'm a pet groomer for 20 years and cannot return to work because they messed my hand up and don't care. And to top it off the lady answering the phone acts like we owe her something. When you work in the medical industry you're supposed to have what's known as a bit of compassion, you won't find it here
