Horrible, horrible, horrible. The woman didn't know how to do workmen's comp and expected me to do it. That's not how it works. Sat on it for almost a month doing nothing. I complained. This is the fast food chain of physical therapy places. It's a small office with limited machines and they give you the cheapest type of things they can offer and charge you for it. Legally, they can start one patient, a second or even a third at one time. This is how they do volume. This is how you DON"T get personalized attention. This is why it's horrible. I learned not to go in on a Friday afternoon as they turn the heat off on Friday morning to save money. It gets cold in there. Then the therapist wants to get out for the weekend and rushes everything. In five years time, this place will be known all over town for their service which won't be very good. read more
