I told him some very preliminary ideas and within an hour I had a proof for an AMAZING sign, that far surpassed my expectations (and certainly my own artistic capabilities). I am in total awe at the speed of which I got a response, a design, and the final product. The part that nearly reduced me to tears though? Being told that it was free of charge to me!
