His compensation came much more from the latter, but that did not effect the effort he put into selling the condo, despite it being after the home purchase was done. He did a great job marketing it, resulting in multiple offers after one single showing, and got us an unbelievable $50,000 over asking price - a price I had thought was fair from the start! It was obviously an excellent result, and so nice to not have to be out of the house multiple times for showings. He was always personally present for everything, not sending underlings. Very responsive on text, email, or call, and used the best form of communication based on what we were discussing - this will be more efficient to just discuss quickly with a call rather than going back and forth on text, for example. Thank you for making a stressful process (while very pregnant) smoother than we thought possible!)

It's quite obvious he'd listened to everything I wanted because these places had it all and were in my budget! I've sent 6 friends to him and he's been able to work his magic for all of them, as well! His response time is lightning fast and his honesty and integrity are unmatched. He touched up photos to present the property as well as possible, worked weekends and evenings when things needed to get done, and was consistently available whenever I had questions or needed help along the process. The buyer was often unresponsive and difficult to work with, and my agent did an incredible job staying on top of everything, following up, answering calls and texts, and keeping the process moving forward making sure the deal closed. I never felt left in the dark or like I had to chase anyone down for an answer. With any real estate agent, you're worried about them doing the bare minimum to close a sale, yet with Matt it was clear they genuinely cared about getting the property sold and making the process as smooth as possible for me. They led with value and overdelivered. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is responsive, hardworking, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile, I cannot recommend them more highly. I would absolutely work with them again. A perfect 10/10.

Matt made this part of the puzzle significantly less stressful. His team was equally strong, including both his colleagues at Fulton Grace and those in his professional network whom he recommended to me for photography, legal needs, etc. I was very fortunate to connect with Matt through a family recommendation and I would absolutely work with him again if I ever had to buy or sell property in Chicago.

We trusted him so much that we came back when it was time to sell. Both transactions had real challenges. But David's 15+ years of experience showed every step of the way. He has a sharp understanding of market timing, pricing strategy, and marketing. These things matter enormously in a market as competitive as Chicago's. On both the buy and sell side, he knew when to push and when to wait. He knew how to position the property to get the result we wanted. What really sets David apart is his network. He connected us with loan officers, attorneys, inspectors, and photographers he genuinely trusts. This took so much stress out of the process. We didn't have to vet everyone ourselves. Everyone he referred us to was professional and reliable. David treats your transaction like it's his own investment. We're grateful to have worked with him twice. If she had at least CALLED that would be one thing but are people really checking their emails every 5 minutes while out apartment hunting? I don't think so. Edit: There was a miscommunication about phone number however, I do still find a problem with cancellation within 1 hour of showing so I will leave the rest of the review up.
