Joseph, you were a lifesaver for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were…read moreunder contract on a house, and it felt like the sellers were trying to hide a problem -- one basement wall was literally blocked off with boxes stacked almost to the ceiling. He moved everything , checked carefully, and found structural cracking that could have easily been missed. He even looked behind the refrigerator -- who does that? What really blew me away was how detail-oriented he was. He wasn't rushing, and he wasn't doing the bare minimum. He was genuinely trying to protect us from making a very expensive mistake. And on top of that, he explained everything in plain English. He used simple examples to explain how the foundation and framing work -- the kind of explanation you could tell to a kid and they'd get it. That clarity made it easy for us to understand what we were dealing with and make a decision. I'm honestly so grateful. Buying a house is a huge commitment, and Joseph treated it like it mattered. If you're looking for a structural engineer who is careful, honest, and SUPER detail-oriented, I can't recommend Joseph enough.
