A pretty standard ice cream shop experience. Unless you are already familiar with Ben and Jerry's flavors, it's tricky to know what is what. I also wish there were size options for the specialty items. For example, shakes only came in a large. I got Dirt Cup in a small chocolate dipped cone. It was everything I wanted it to be!

Because this B&J is right next to my favorite sushi place, I visit here quite often. The prices are decent, if not a little expensive. But you can try samples before having to order. I prefer the cup but you can get a cone and I've heard they're very good. I like most of the flavors and they also have dairy free options. There's outdoor and indoor seating but limited parking.

Stopped by this location for an after-dinner treat and ordered a small phish food ice cream. They were out of the flavor at the time but worked to find another tub of it and open it fresh. I really appreciated how nice the staff working here were and then going the extra mile to find the extra tub of ice cream!

Friendly staff. You can find everybody sitting on the patio outside for the summer. The location is unique to its placement, and they have art displaying the local area. Treats are on par and the staff were superb. I noticed a lot of people coming to get online orders, I didn't know that was a thing for an ice cream spot. There were more people coming to get online orders than people staying to eat ice cream and it was packed to the brim for dine in ice cream. I surprisingly enjoyed the music/playlist, it was eclectic. I grooved every song that played, I ate inside and the music gave flavor to my dine in experience. I'll be back to get more ice cream!

Accompanied with the beautiful views of the lakes close by Ben & Jerry's is my favorite place to go for a pick me up snack or cheat day treat! I have a specific order that I took through the winter! Looking forward to do this more often as it gets warmer outside! Their butter pecan is top notch and the pecans are still crunchy which is not common for most ice creams!

Came here for their #freeconeday on April 4 2017! This location is a great spot to celebrate this glorious holiday. FYI in case you were wondering - YES you can go back for MORE. Just get back in line for another free cone. Over and over again. They're not counting. Really, go for it. The lines were amazingly FAST! I wanted to say about 100 people in 5-10 mins. I got there around 730pm so there was only 5 flavors left. Not sure if they had more flavors earlier on in the day. They had a DJ all night playing music. Tons of school kids coming from their afterschool sports. Once you get your ice cream, lake calhoun is right across the street if you are looking for a nice view/walk. Parking wasn't too bad since it has a large shared parking lot with Whole Foods, Wakame, Noodles & Company, etc.

I was in the neighborhood today, so decided to stop at Ben & Jerry's for an ice cream cone. I ordered a chocolate dipped sugar cone with Carmel nut swirl ice cream. Not sure if their freezers were broken or what, but the ice cream was so melted that she couldn't form a scoop that would stay on the cone. She filled the cone with as much mush as she could, then put another scoop of mush into a bowl and placed the cone upside down in the bowl! Check the photo, this was taken 30 seconds after purchase! ‍

Wow. How have I never reviewed this place yet? Ben and Jerry's is so good. Located right by the lake, it is the perfect spot to get some ice cream on a nice summer day while walking around the lake. The ice cream here is amazing. Yes it is a chain ice cream place, but they have amazing flavors. I have tried so many types of ice creams here, and I can honestly not tell you what my favorite one is because I love them all. It can be pricy depending on what size you get, but you get what you pay for. The ice cream is high quality and that is what keeps me coming back for more! The service is great too. They get through lines fast and the workers are very friendly. I cannot say anything bad about this place! I love Ben and Jerry's and will continue to come here to get my ice cream fix when I'm the area! Come and try their great flavors! You won't be disappointed.

I love me some ice cream on a hot summer day, or any day for that matter! Ben & Jerry have concocted some scrumptious combinations of goodness. I typically buy locally sourced and organic ice cream, but once a year on my birthday I indulge here! I can't even explain all of the options, but they are generous enough to give you a tasty sample of what sounds good to you. I personally enjoy anything with caramel, butterscotch or sea salt. Bonus-birthday week you will get a free cone or cup of your choice ice cream

Recently, I've had to take a break from dairy. As an avid ice cream lover, I was devastated. However upon visiting Ben & Jerry's, I tried one of their non-dairy options: coconut almond fudge chip. At this point, I've tried quite a few vegan ice creams - but nothing compares to this flavor. It was absolutely amazing. Often, non dairy ice cream will be a little watery and less creamy, and sometimes an overpowering coconut taste that makes you wish you chose sorbet. But this time, I chose well. I don't how to describe it except that you need to try it. I thought my no dairy experience would only be suffering but it's an ice cream I'd willingly choose even when I can eat dairy again. I'm incredibly impressed by Ben & Jerry's and my only request is that they make it pint-sized.

I used to buy Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream like a pint a week when I first came to the States because I didnt know any local ice-cream shops. If I were to buy ice-cream from the grocery stores, I would still buy either Ben & Jerry or Haagen-Dazs. I came to this ice-cream shop a few times. It's a cute little ice-cream shop with a few colorful tables. The staffs are always nice and patient with indecisive patrons, me included. The trick here is probably the flavors that are only available in the store (scoop shop), but not in the grocery store. The last time I tried this amazing coconut 7-layer flavor, which is in store only. It was really good but a bit too sweet for me to finish all at once even just a small size. A major downfall, as Jen W. stated, is the price. You can get a pint of their ice-cream at the grocery store for 3 something bucks, but the ice-cream here is worth at least 5 bucks for a small cone.

It's gourmet ice cream but too much candy in it for my taste. There are better ones and Haagen Daz suits me much more.

Great tasting ice cream. But awfully expensive for an itty bitty cone. Way too small of scoop for the price!
