Dr. Lucy and her staff went out of their way for my children since birth! She was knowledgeable and always made me and my husband feel comfortable. She gave her professional opinion, listened to us and gave us options on how to treat our children that worked with our family. Dr. Lucy left during Covid which broke our heart! She had known me since I became a mother, helped guide me and my children for years, she had become family! All of my children then became patients of Dr. Cleary. Dr. Cleary is a good pediatrician she managed my children's care the best way she could and took in to consideration what we felt was best, as well. We might have had an issue with the office once, which was quickly rectified when speaking to the office manager. I will say Joan the RN and Edith had been our go to ladies at this office for many years. I will say that the front office staff has changed so much and leave a lot to be desired, but due to the great care provided by Dr. Lucy, Betty Madden, Dr. Cleary, Edith and Joan, RN I cannot rate them any less then a 5! I was comfortable with the care they provided all 4 of my children and trusted the doctor's,nurses & medical staff's professional opinions on my children's care. They truly care about your children and handle any issues in a timely fashion. The downsides would be the front desk staff could be a lot better and since they moved to Sterling, some providers have left and it has gotten a more stressful for the staff and providers. Only reason we left this practice was due our family moving.

She is lovely, very disabled, in chronic pain, and quite deaf, except for a tiny bit of hearing in her right ear with an aid. Because she was incapacitated, I brought her hearing aid to Mr. Flynn to be serviced. I got it home, and it did not work even while changing the batteries daily. Subsequently, my mother took a fall and landed at Emerson Hospital and is now at Care One Rehab. She is now more helpless and cannot hear at all. We asked Mr. Flynn to see her there as he does house calls, and he refused. We know he does housecalls because one day my mother waited 45 minutes for an in-office appointment and he was seeing a patient at Newbury Park. When I requested he see my mom, he said, "I can't do that. I am full." If you. know Concord, MA -- you know his office is right across the street from Care One Rehab. I called five other providers who said, "We would come if she was already our patient, but can't do a first visit there." I called Mr. Flynn about this, and he doubled down. I am a licensed mental health professional and if this happened in my profession, it would be considered unethical/abandonment. I'm sharing this in case you are an elderly patient and may end up in the same situation.

From my first consultation, throughout two cataract surgeries and subsequent follow-up appointments, I found Dr Keamy and her entire staff to be informative and supportive. Prior to my first surgery, Dr. Keamy explained in "layman's terms" exactly what the surgery would entail. On the day of surgery I was extremely nervous, however, Dr Keamy put me at ease and the experience was far less stressful than I had anticipated. Not only is Dr. Keamy a skilled surgeon, she is also passionate about what she does. My vision is far better than I expected and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. With absolute certainty I would recommend Dr. Keamy for any type of eye procedure especially cataract surgery.
