An I have never been happy with the sound quality. I dropped my left hearing a few months ago and it had to be replaced today the volume kept dropping and then stopped working stopped working. not having my hearing aid causes me great issues at work. An at them monment I dont have another 300 to repair. For the 5700 dollars they cost me Id expect better quality. If they can conpletely replace a hearing aid for 300.00 the the value of the aid 2850.00. When I can afford to replace them I asure you the replacements wot be from Beltone

I went to Audiology Associates and Melena easily adjusted my old hearing aids so they were functioning but not optimally.she then described the best option in hearing aids for my profound hearing loss, which cost about half the price quoted by the previous audiologist. The new aids worked perfectly with the settings she programmed. I am now able to hear significantly better than I have been for many years. Thank you Melena

I am fortunate my parents live nearby so I can make visits as needed, and they are always understanding and flexible in accommodating my schedule, even working with me remotely to program my digital hearing aids. I have a congenital bilateral severe-profound hearing loss, profound on the left, where I am eligible for a cochlear implant. Yet I have always done so well with hearing aids, thanks to their skill programming them to fit my needs, an implant is deemed unnecessary. This is a true testament to their skill. I was mainstreamed in public schools with assistive devices and went on to obtain a master's degree and now work as the staff biologist for a national program in the USDA. I cannot thank founder Marcia Dean and current audiologist Todd Sauter enough for their help along the way, I owe my success to their hard work. They quickly understood any issues I was experiencing, despite often lacking the language to describe it, and made adjustments and provided recommendations for the best hearing aids for my needs, patiently trial and erroring different companies when it is time to upgrade. I am always so impressed with the ease of working with them. They are extremely generous with providing tools to care for my hearing aids, and understanding of financial limitations, still finding the best aids for my needs. They are always pleasant and work expediently to prevent patients from waiting long for their exams. I am always happy when I see a busy waiting room as I know everyone is getting the best care, (having tried other audiologists over the years in other states and been seriously disappointed), and I never wait long, even when they squeeze me in the last minute. They have been a dependable mainstay over all my years and moves & I can't recommend them highly enough.

Horrific check-in staff experience…read more After a 3 hour wait, and those coming in after me being taken, I asked for a line of sight on how much longer. I was told nope, can't give you an idea, there are too many factors to consider. I explained I was in excruciating pain, that I cannot sit much longer. I asked if there was a bed I could lay down on while I wait the undetermined amount of time. Again, nope - but I was offered to lay down in my chair. Not possible. Rude, uncaring and demeaning. I left and went to UMass Harrington. I was tested and diagnosed with a severe intestinal obstruction, within 90 minutes of arriving. I then spent days in the hospital. To Belmont Street - I wasn't trying to hop the line. I was a patient in need. You showed zero compassion. if you lack politeness, care and concern you really don't belong anywhere in healthcare. Please do us all a favor and move on to an industry where your rudeness may result in an unhappy fast food customer over a cold meal versus risking the well-being or life of a fellow human.

This is quite literally the worst hospital you could come to. If you're in an ambulance headed…read morehere. Tell it to bring you back home. Because regardless of whatever you have going on you'd have a better chance getting help at home than you would from the "trained professionals" that work here. Aside from it being absolutely dirty everywhere it also is chronically understaffed to the point that even if you are the only person in the er you will be forced to wait hours in pain while you listen to the nurses laugh and talk about their weekend plans and complain about patients. Please if you have something seriously wrong do not come here unless you do not value your life. After hours of pain and agony if you chose to stay that long you will be escorted by a rude nurse who will only say 2 words to you while she rushes you into a old operating room with a sheet in the middle of it to separate your one "room" into 2 rooms much to your surprise there's no bed! So after hours of being in the waiting room, you're finally in a room with no bed and told someone will be in with a bed for you shortly. Thankfully someone comes with a bed 10 minutes later. And your left there to rot in pain for at least anther hour until a doctor decides to tell you your fine and you can go home.
