No solutions or treatment or anything…read more Just stuck a tube down my throat to reiterate what I already knew, that I have throat issues! Nothing about preventative measures. He mentioned I have a deviated septum but offered no solution. Saw me for maybe 7 minutes in total while the staff in the main lobby were preoccupied and rude as can be. Since then I've had the same issues with my breathing and throat pain. I could have easily just asked Google ai for better solutions than this supposed specialist. I asked him if it's a possible symptom of long COVID since I got it bad in the summer and my condition has since worsened and he had no response, no explanation, just a quick let me take this guys money and get him out of here as soon as possible scenario. Now I'm home once again with the same aggressive throat pains and I don't know if I trust any of these physicians to properly diagnose me. "Your throat is red". You don't say! I could have come to that realization on my own, give me a solution, tell me how to mitigate it, offer me options on deviated septum care/repair/surgery. Nope, none of that. Deserved 1 star. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ivory! To start out my father has hearing loss that…read morestarted about 10 years ago. He's had the 'Lamborghini' of hearing aid and he's also tried mid level aids (as far as expense goes). Nothing worked well enough! Crowded places became a problem and eventually all situations became a battle to stay engaged in the conversation. My dad enjoyed nothing more than going to a bar and 'shooting the bull' with friends and family...We were losing my dad! My mom has Parkinson's and her voice is getting increasingly softer... making it very difficult for the two of them to communicate at all! My dad complained that he felt like the hearing aids 'plugged' his ears and not helped. He went often to get his ears cleaned in case that was the issue. We went to specialist at UCI and multiple hearing specialist with very little help. I did a deep google search for someone who could 'custom' fit hearing aids and found Dr. Ivory! From the minute I called the office and spoke to Dr. Ivory himself he was professional and realistic! He didn't guarantee a miracle but he did think he could help. We made an appointment and made the hour drive... it was worth it! He did tests that had not been done before at any of the facilities we had gone to previously! He stated 'it's unfortunate that you hadn't had these tests done, as they should be standard practice.' After testing and consulting we were given options of hearing aids... they are definitely not free but they do come with a trial basis to determine the efficacy! He followed up several times with my dad and continues to reach out and adjust things if need be! We are beyond grateful to have my dad back in the conversation and for him to hear my mom's voice again! Thank you!

We originally saw Dr. Camacho and she was very honest in her recommendations of hearing aids and did not push one brand over another and didn't try to sell us the most expensive one. She was even able to get us a discounted price for one of the high powered models. My mom had some problems with feedback issues, but Dr. Jensen, who we usually see now, was very helpful and continued to try different settings, ear molds, and small fixes until she got it right. I feel like they care for their patients here and do their best to help them maintain as much hearing as possible.

So, I saw Ms. Sasha instead. Oh Lord! She is an angel. She cleaned my ears so nicely and completely then she took a sample and sent it to the lab to know what kind of infection I have the she gave me drops and from the first time I used the drops all pain, itching and headaches left me.
