However, this review focuses on my experience with interior demo work--specifically, a partial wall demo in our home. Overall, the project was completed as promised, and the results are good. We needed a wall removed to open up our space, and I was told that while WSC mainly advertises as more of an outside/siding work business, they can without a doubt take care of what I needed and was assured the work would be professional and look as if the wall was never there. They went through a lot of dedication to achieve this, despite our discontinued flooring requiring them to pull up and reuse flooring from another area of the home (our primary bedroom). They made sure that area was properly restored, understandably at an additional cost. That said, I feel there was a lack of attention to detail in many aspects of the work. While most issues I raised were eventually addressed, I reached a point where I didn't feel it should be my responsibility to catch and report quality issues. These included: * Poor wall texture in some areas. * Paint that didn't match. * Dings in the wall that were either left as-is or patched sloppily with silicone. * An outlet that does not sit flush against the wall. * A noticeable line on the wall where the paint job was stopped abruptly. I will add that the splotchy paint job on the baseboards was partly due to me providing the wrong paint can when worker B asked for it, as I recall being informed by worker A that it was that can of paint. However, when I eventually called to address my concerns about the mismatched paint, the response I received by worker B was that he is "not a professional painter." I found this response unprofessional, especially considering I was paying for a professional job. It also felt like there was a lack of experience overall given the young age of most of the workers. Even guests have pointed out imperfections, and when I showed the work to a coworker with a background in general contracting, she was appalled by the quality--especially considering this was done by a professional company. I understand that with reno jobs, there is coordination to be done with multiple specialists (demo, drywall, texture, electrical) and they may come from diff companies, but the work performed by these contractors reflects directly on WSC and their standards. Additionally, I was told I would receive a closing form summarizing the warranty for their work via email, but I never received it --even though the job was completed summer of '24, around July or August. On the positive side, the space has improved significantly. The wall is no longer an issue, and the home feels more open and functional. However, the lack of attention to detail left us with several things to fix on our own, despite paying thousands for the project. While WSC seems to excel in siding (as reflected in their reviews), I would recommend looking elsewhere for interior renovation work if attention to detail is important to you.

I reached out to 3 different roofing companies to get quotes. I ended up going with B&B Brothers for our roof and I am glad I did. We paid for them to redo all the shingles, replace any damaged plywood, and update our bedroom skylight as well. The owner did offer us a cash discount which I appreciated. During the job, some stucco on the house was damaged while they pulled old shingles and they did repair the damage at no extra cost. Cons: They sent over a contract but it had expired by the time I was done getting estimates from different companies. I think ensuring a contract is signed before work starts would have added more peace of mind to both parties. Pros: The work was done incredibly fast and I felt they had pretty good communication while the work was getting done. They also did a good job cleaning up majority of the debris from the work which is nice. They also painted our roof fixtures to match the hickory color. I am sure costs are going to vary based on roof size, condition of roof/plywood, and etc but we got this done for under $20k which felt like a very doable price. Overall, I was happy with the job they did and the price I paid. Also, the roof looks fantastic and makes the whole house look great!

I also felt very confident knowing that the plumbing, water connections, and work behind the walls were completed properly and professionally. I would definitely recommend their work. My biggest advice when choosing a Sentrel shower wall is to wait for a sample before making your final decision, especially if the color isn't available to see in the showroom. In our case, the Master shower floor and walls were supposed to be the same color, but once installed, the walls looked noticeably different and had more of a gray/green undertone. We absolutely love the workmanship and truly appreciate all the hard work that went into completing our bathroom. The only thing we're struggling with is the wall color. If replacing the walls is even an option, we would love the opportunity to discuss it, although we honestly feel hesitant asking because we know how much work went into the installation.
