The young man that helped us select our tree was very knowledgeable, and we explained what we were looking for and he knew right where to go to help us find our perfect tree. He wrapped the tree in netting and cut off a little bit of the trunk at the bottom, and he also secured the tree to the roof of our vehicle. Their plants are super healthy and everything from them has thrived. The only point that could be better is the entrance. No turn-in area off of 101 so you have to wait and hope nobody rear ends you as you wait to enter. That's presuming you're going south on 101. North is no problem. Oh, and they deliver and will also plant for you if you wish it. Pretty much everything you could want - they've got it!
