I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I'm really glad I made the investment in my healing session with Deborah and now understand why she has so many positive, genuine reviews (she's not compensating us or giving us discounts to write these, like some businesses do!). I'm very grateful to have found Deborah - she is truly gifted.

You schedule a 30 minute initial consult (free) and get to ask him everything you'd like to ask in order to feel confident in your decision. He's also a wealth of knowledge on consciousness/awareness and I was able to explore his philosophy on how he approached his work and how it related to my healing. Whatever you're paying, you're getting more than fair value. On the initial consult, I think he spent about an hour just answering all my questions. During actual session, he again spent more than the allotted time discussing things with me. As far as the outcome of our work together, I've been sleeping very normally since our session and he's sent me a recording of our work so that I can revisit it whenever I need it.

My situation was a little bit different. I was not a full-time smoker, which I think is an important detail for anyone thinking their situation is unique. I've been a social smoker for years. If I've had a few drinks and someone around me was smoking, I've always given myself permission to smoke along with them. I'd tell myself I wouldn't do it again, but it was always a different story when in the situation. I walked away from hypnotherapy thinking that there was no way that it worked because I honestly didn't feel like it did anything at all, but something definitely happened and I no longer smoke. If you're considering this at all, I highly recommend it. Dr. Kazi is a literal life saver.

My first session with Bob went really well, I felt relaxed, very comfortable and open to giving this a try. I agreed to (without any pressure from Bob) to try two more sessions. Each session went really well and in between each session was where I noticed changes I was making to show this really works! I work from home and always ordered out, over ate and just really never watched my portions. After my first session with Bob was where I started noticing the changes, from going out and being on the road past dinner time I had no urges to pick up fast food or order anything out, there was no doubt and not even a question in my mind I had to go home and eat my own food. I scaled back ALOT on ordering out since my sessions, now that I think about it, I think I only ordered once for delivery! The greatest shocker to me is for the last few weeks since my sessions I have had NO weight gain on weekends, or from going out to eat or from attending parties! I have self control - who would have thought?! It's amazing, I'm no longer over eating, I actually send food back when I'm out at restaurants and I'm making much better food choices. I have lost about 13lbs, trying to lose 10 more even though it's coming off slowly (ah, the joy of being in your mid-40s!), I am noticing so many changes with my daily habits and it's really a great feeling! Thanks again, Bob! You're awesome! :) 10 outta 10 would highly recommend!
