Fraud Check all your transactions. If you dispute a transaction with your bank, this post office will deliberately lie about the transaction. Check all transactions they should say *void* if a transaction has failed. Please use other post offices in the area, especially the elderly. A complaint about this post office has been escalated to the Financial Conduct Authority under the Fraud act of 2006. this branch of the post office is located in Chevely Park, Belmont. It is one of a row of shops wich is handy. The shop is quite large and aswell as being a post office, they also have a small shop with sweets, stationery and lots of different kinds of cards. Normally there's a bit of a queue and ususlly it's a little old lady gossiping with the person serving that caises the hold up! this is definitely a case of the post office being part of the local community and I'm glad it's one of the ones staying open. read more

Really friendly staff in here, always a big queue though and you can be queueing for quite some time during the main periods such as lunch times. Although its always busy when I have been in there. They seem to know what their doing so once it is your turn you get pretty good service without too much delay. The post office itself is always tidy and well presented. They always ask if you want phone top ups or stamps, I know they have to ask this but if I wanted it I would ask for it. read more

I wouldn't recommend using this post office - first problem was with my passport application. I almost missed a holiday due to them taking 10 days to send off my form (I paid for the check and send service) luckily the passport office staff were helpful and processed my application quickly. The second issue was when I asked for recorded delivery for items I sold on ebay which were put through as standard - I asked the staff member twice for what I wanted. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more
