On October 14, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m., I called to report an employee who threatened me, only to be hung up on multiple times by managers. I was speaking in a calm and respectful tone, and I do not understand why I was treated this way when I was simply trying to report a serious incident. At approximately 4:00 a.m. on October 13, 2026, an employee at this location threatened to fight me outside. I have included a picture of the employee below. The manager on duty at the time was not helpful, and their response left me feeling as though this behavior was being condoned rather than addressed. As a guest staying at the attached hotel, I find this treatment completely unacceptable. No customer or hotel guest should have to deal with threats from an employee and then be dismissed when attempting to report the incident to management. I am extremely upset by how this situation has been handled. For my own safety, I intend to file a police report regarding the threats made against me. I also expect management to take this matter seriously, review the surveillance footage, investigate the employee's conduct, and address the way my complaint was handled by the managers who hung up on me. I deserve to feel safe and to be treated with basic respect. I expect a response from corporate management regarding this incident and the steps that will be taken to address it.

It's a sealed antibiotic bottle that comes from the manufacturer with 20 pills. I went and checked my bottle and sure enough it's a completely different kind of bottle and it was sealed with foil. Belmont pharmacy is always quick, accurate, reliable, and accommodating. Bobby and his very attentive professional staff are always polite and patient. Karen and Edgar are always available for help and basic consultation. If there should be a misunderstanding or an issue of clarity with a doctor's Rx Bobby handles it quickly, efficiently and most importantly accurately. We all at one time had an issue with a script at a large store pharmacy; Perhaps the script might have taken days to correct as the store employees and doctor's staff go back and forth while the patient waits and hurts. At Belmont Pharmacy I never experienced this problem. Bob gets the discrepancy rectified immediately. This is the major reason I travel 30 miles round trip to Belmont. read more

This is THE most horribly operated pharmacy that I have ever encountered this far. Mr. Benson is very knowledgeable about the medicinal aspects of the industry. However, when he realizes his shortcomings of the functionality of the pharmacy he becomes very defensive. He very rudely interpolates and completely ostracizes the patient. This is extremely unexcusable behavior for a recently opened pharmacy that is attempting to recruit new patients! I most certainly will not be returning and will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone else. read more

Since Im brand new. i havent had any of my prescriptions filled here yet but I wanted to come keave a positive review based on what I know so far. When I call them, a live human picks up the phone immediately. I left my old pharmacy because I could never get a person on the phone and frequently spent 30 minutes or more on hold, being re-holded 3-4 times before finally being transferred to some extension that always hangs up on me. Its frustrating not to be able to get ANYTHING done without driving to the pharmacy to speak to someone face to face and that kind of nonsense DOESNT happen here. It was such a relief to have someone answer the phone right away, listen to me without interrupting me to put me on hold right away, and to offer HELP over the phone without forcing me to drive to the pharmacy and see someone in person. I cant even tell you what a relief that was. The pharmacy itself is very small. Its clean though, and they have a nice little convenience store type of set up along with their pharmacy area. They have told me that they deliver, so when I need something I dont have to eait to have a ride, I can just ask them to deop it off and THAT is simply amazing. You dont find that kind of friendliness and service at other places these days so it was so cool to find it so close to my home. Yay! It took the staff 10 minutes to listen to me, understand my request and get all of my prescriptions transferred over from my old pharmacy. Ten minutes! I was thrilled. Im looking forward to many happy years doing business with this little neighborhood spot. I think Ive found just the right pharmacy for me, FINALLY!
