Whenever an issue has arisen, they have taken care of it in a timely, professional, and thorough manner. They are accommodating and if there is an issue, they ask if they can enter when we are not home. Their rates are competitive, especially when you consider the high quality. Phyllis is always super sweet, cheerful and proactive, and Lisa is so nice and helpful. Jerry is great at customer service, from service request to completion. Have only been here for a couple months so far, and I will not continue our lease after the 1year contract is over. Nothing but issues and false promises to fix situations. If you want to actually get stuff handled you have to contact the OWNER. Which might I add, is a very understanding human being and is very helpful. When I contacted him, he was more than happy to help with our issue along with a 1 week rent credit. He TOOK THE TIME to listen to what was going on and DID NOT disregard our issue. Other than that, the apartment complex is a decent place to stay. Our place is remodeled on the inside (would ask for better but the apartment maintenance guy is the one who does it ALL) it's okay for the most part. This actually could have been handled two ways.... 1. I could have been provided the option to have the work order submitted 2. I could have been provided the garage door remote with the instructions on how to program it. It's as if the manager is doing the bare minimum to stay in compliance with state and local guidelines.

Black mole issues, various insect infestation per season, Invested in lots of sprays that do not help, unfortunately I am not financially able to move at this time, but thinking I need to sooner than later. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore.
