The course pro on staff Sunday May 26th, 2024 had the personality of a crotchety old librarian and was the most unprofessional, sorry excuse of a customer service professional at a fake "country club" I have ever encountered. The course is just what should be expected from a golf course attached to an apartment complex. I should have known the conditions of the course and club by the lack of clients at the "pool", grill and course.

We also had the frozen club specials to complete the meal!!! Again, our waitress was outstanding and deserves recognition from staff for her level of service and promotion of the venue. On to the tennis center to play pickle ball...another great experience we didn't expect. We actually felt like members here as well. In addition, he engaged the full crowd engaged in activities that would ensure return engagements to Hidden Trails and promoted the sports of tennis and pickle ball. As an employer myself, I recommend management recognizes who they have working in these critical roles at the venue and rewards their efforts for promoting return engagements from opportunities like ourselves.
