They have a parking lot where you'll check in, get your tee time, and a cart. You could also schedule online. Carts are gas-powered, which makes it jarring to get going but makes for a fun ride. He played just 9 holes and we were there for about 2 hours, with no one directly in front or behind us. Course was mowed and the water jugs were full. Some holes had a 'par aide' ball washer, picture included. It was a nice breezy day, and I've never joined someone in golf before, but I would definitely come back. There was a $12 fee for me to just ride along and watch. We had fun looking for the ball after he hit it, and I just listened to an audiobook while he was teeing up. The cart path was fully concrete and it was okay, some cracks and spots where it broke up. There are some wooden bridges to drive over. Some hole maps need updating or new paint. There was some trash but it wasn't crazy. I'm probably not the reviewer you were expecting, but I hope it was helpful nonetheless.

They do not enforce dogs and the cleanup from them. Yes, they provide sacks but bends are always full and trashy, not to mention fast food trash that is daily in the parking lots. Trash trash trash - I wish I could only give it 1/4 of a star. Look elsewhere for your home. You'll hate living and trying to park and carry packages blocks away from your door.

We signed our papers and left the the office as they told us we were good to go and wouldn't need to be back until we turned the keys into them. September 27th comes around and I have a letter on my door saying thank you for renewing our lease through November. I politely go up to the office and tell them we did not renew it and are moving out the next day. They conveniently couldn't find any paper work saying we were moving out. Not to mention, they stated that they put several notices on our door saying we needed to fill out more paperwork. Not once did I receive any notice of the sort. I only received notices of inspections and sprinkler tests. Eventually after hassling with them, they say we are good to move out but have to forfeit our $250 deposit and THEY would place a stop payment on our account. We were told we could sign a paper (again) saying we were vacating when we turned our keys in. We signed our paper, turned our keys in, and left on the 28th of September. We just thought that would be the end of it. Here we are September 4th and they have deducted rent ($930) from our account on the 3rd. My husband called and was told that we would have to bring a bank statement up to the office and they would send it to corporate and fix it. I took the statement up to the office and the "senior manager" stated that she "called and left a voicemail saying we would have to call our bank to do a stop payment because they couldn't with it being that close to rent being due." Which, I understand and would have done so. However, I NEVER ONCE received a call or voicemail stating that! For that matter, my husband didn't either. I even double checked that they had the correct phone numbers on file. Which, they should have because they haven't changed since we moved in. Clearly there are incompetent staff here. Not to mention, they are the absolute WORST when it comes to communicating with their tenants let alone each other. We were told our bank statement got faxed to corporate. I have since requested proof that it was faxed and have put a call into corporate myself. I understand that it is a business to them, but the fact that they show absolutely not motivation to fix THEIR mistake makes me absolutely irate. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Sure they are decent apartments, but it's not worth the hassle that comes with it. If you chose to still move here, make sure every single piece of paperwork you fill out, you get a copy of it! Then, make sure you call and double check that they actually did what they said they would do with it. We didn't realize we needed to remind them to do their jobs. We thought that is what management was for. We were clearly wrong.

We also had the frozen club specials to complete the meal!!! Again, our waitress was outstanding and deserves recognition from staff for her level of service and promotion of the venue. On to the tennis center to play pickle ball...another great experience we didn't expect. We actually felt like members here as well. In addition, he engaged the full crowd engaged in activities that would ensure return engagements to Hidden Trails and promoted the sports of tennis and pickle ball. As an employer myself, I recommend management recognizes who they have working in these critical roles at the venue and rewards their efforts for promoting return engagements from opportunities like ourselves. Ernie in the pro shop is a real ambassador for the course. Course features gentle rolling terrain in a naturally wooded setting. Greens play quite fast and where well maintained. Course is open to the public, but is inside the base perimeter. The players are primarily active duty and retired military.

The east course is a little tougher but the both play well. I was over here looking to see if they might also have a disc course tied to it but didn't see one. Parts of this course dates back to the 20's. They have a very large clubhouse with food and drink as well as a nice practice driving and putting areas. There were a lot of folks out despite the temps and the winds.

Our group booked a 9:50am tee time, tee'd off around 9:45 after the group in front of us tee'd off…read moreearly. Course management/staff failed to mention a tournament was starting at 10:00am - the first group of the tournament caught us and the rest of the regular players pretty quickly, and proceeded to hit into us the rest of the round. After the turn, one of the starters asked if we were in the tournament, and told us the tournament never should have caught us due to a 30 minute gap between our tee time and the starting of the tourney. We were told to "stay on the ass of the group in front of us" to preserve the tournament's pace of play. Towards the end of the round, one of the players behind us bounced their ball off our cart as we were pulling onto the 18th tee box, and then hit just left of it as we approached the green of that hole. We spoke with staff after the round and were told the tournament started at 10:00am, meaning there was no 30 minute buffer. Our round ended at 1:46pm, being four minutes short of a 4 hour round. Staff in the pro shop couldn't have been more condescending about the situation, and scoffed at the idea of players being able to determine when tournaments were being held prior to booking out a tee time. Overall, the experience was horrible, and I would have appreciated a refund on the round. Maybe don't book out normal player tee times prior to a tournament that will have accelerated pace of play, and hone in on those customer service skills across the board. It's a drop in the bucket for them, but I won't be playing here again.
