However, it has been over 122 hours since my MRI and the physician's report has not been completed or sent to my referring doctor. The website claims 24 hours. The front desk said it "usually is done in 24-48" hours. But here I am over 5 days later without any answers. After having my insurance company come and threaten action on their part, I was finally told that my scan would be read in the next hour. So I'm not sure if I recommend them or not. I say go at your own risk of not getting results in a timely manner

Tim was awesome and explained what he would be doing and how the procedure worked. He was also very very caring and asked why I was there as far as what was going on with my body and bid me a get better and hope everything works out as I left! As scared as I was this being my first MRI the staff there made me feel very at home and comfortable which made this go like a breeze!!! Thank FR you all are the best in my book!!!

Community Radiology does a fine job in scheduling and completing the radiology orders but I sure…read moremiss the FMH radiology department's rapid review and communicating of results to patients. I was used to getting blood test results and sometimes CT/MRI results within 24 hours. Not any more with CR, and when patients are anxious, the long wait of days can be very hard, especially with serious conditions like cancer. Community should hire more radiologists to complete their reviews in a more timely manner.

I showed up on the day of the service with a printout from my insurance company showing how much it should cost. I also had a person name I spoke with and a reference number from my insurance company. I made it very, very, very, very clear when I checked in that I would pay no more for this service than what was represented to me by my insurance company. The Community rep stepped away from the counter and disappeared for over 15 minutes and came back saying "all is fine" your portion of the bill will be the $29. Fast forward about a week after...and...SHOCKER...I get a bill for $234. It has been nearly 60 days, 6 phone calls to Community Radiology, one call to my insurance company. My insurance company calling, faxing and mailing the Explanation of Benefits to Community Radiology and me emailing it 9 times to Community Radiology and it is finally resolved. I found the reps on the phone to be out of this country, poorly trained and incredibly dumb. Again, the procedure was fine, the post billing service was beyond poor.

I later found Atna DID NOT cover this XRay. Moving forward, I kept getting billed and I kept playing games with the Community radiology Billing Dept. They kept saying they will look into my problem, and just kept rebilling me . Now the 350 I would have owed them is 750. I still have no help, but they are begging for money AND MOST LIKLY WILL TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS. To anyone reading this 1. Verify that they take your insurance [at this time,UP FRONT]. 2. Never put a deposit or any money down up front, they will keep it and bill YOU not your insurance. 3.Get a second and third opinion, before going for any elected X Rays that THEY say you need. 4. Read Yelp reviews because if they did it to me, they will do it to you! They do not care about your X Rays or health, ONLY how they can get paid! Then the number they tell you to call if you have any questions only goes to a system that claims they are close even though it is during business hours. Plus you cannpt leave a message. I set up an appointment due to chipping a tooth. I also asked to do a cleaning and routine check up since it was not not an emergency. One week later when I took off for work, they refused to clean my teeth because they claimed it was an emergency visit. 4 days later I had to come back and grt my teeth cleaned. They then claimed I had another cracked tooth and made me setup another appointment. When I confronted them about missing it 4 days prior they blew me off. So I had to come back for a 3rd visit. It will be my last.

The fact that they even offer a variety of sedation techniques with a trained anesthesiologist shows that they probably get a lot of patients like me and are equipped to handle them. Within a few months of my first visit, they managed to get all of my problems taken care of. They taught me better oral hygiene and I've been almost 4 years without a cavity, so that was a boon as well (Electric toothbrushes with a timer really do make a world of difference). Dr. Little and Dr. Rajaski are knowledgeable and skilled, the hygienists are always pleasant and thorough, and I've yet to meet a staff member who hasn't been friendly and understanding with me about my phobia; and thanks to them I'm learning that dentistry isn't something to be feared.

I have documentation from when they finally ran it thru my insurance, after multiple phone calls back in 2022, that it was paid by my insurance company. The phone number for Radiology Associates of Frederick, on the website says it's out of service. My understanding from one of the staff members at FMH Rosehill was that Radiology Associates just up and went out of business.

My husband is a longtime patient and "Triage" refuses to send in a refill for a medication that has been regularly prescribed to him for the past 5 years. This medicine controls his severe inflammation, which is debilitating for him and without the meds, his quality of life is negatively affected. After pleading twice, they still denied his request in a cold-hearted and callous manner and advised him that his refill request will be "managed" at his next appointment. I guess the fact that he is suffering in pain and has trouble physically moving around means nothing to this practice as it appears they can't be bothered to show compassion or take any actions of humanity in between appointments. He has regular blood work completed and appointments with the physician, but regardless "Triage" is forcing him to wait (and suffer) by not honoring a simple refill request prior to his next appointment. If more blood work is needed, a simple lab order can be uploaded to the portal, but nope. There was no sympathy, empathy or even a temporary work-around offered. Truly a disgrace.
