They work in Pinellas County three days a week, and Hillsborough County two days a week, so I was lucky it was their Hillsborough day. Cost of the inspection was $125, which seemed to be about average. Carmen came out, was super friendly, and my inspection was quick and painless. He forgot to slide the cover back on to my attic entrance, so it was kind of a comedy of errors with me trying to do it later with no ladder, but eventually I managed. He took a ton of pictures, submitted them to Julie in the office, and I had my official passing Report with accompanying photographs all to me that same evening! You can't beat that kind of service. I would definitely use them again if needed.
