He forgot to slide the cover back on to my attic entrance, so it was kind of a comedy of errors with me trying to do it later with no ladder, but eventually I managed. He took a ton of pictures, submitted them to Julie in the office, and I had my official passing Report with accompanying photographs all to me that same evening! You can't beat that kind of service. I would definitely use them again if needed.
