Update #3: I just got off the phone with the agent they have and falsely claimed that I threw them out and stopped their inspection. 1 Star is 2 too many. We were second guessing the house we are purchasing. As always when buying a house things "come up"...... Kevin was very thorough, took HUNDREDS of photos and put our minds at ease of knowing what we are getting ourselves into. We were out of town for my birthday while this was going on and I didn't have access to internet on and off. We needed 2 other reports (which he had already done) but there is an extra charge for those. Everything was done within 48 hours. We paid $410 for regular inspection and $75 for wind mitigation and four point inspection. I wish I didn't have to pay the $75 since that report was already done, but we needed it quick and it was done quick!
