I contacted AcuSystem Home Inspections to do a home inspection on an existing home I am in the…read moreprocess of buying. Once the inspection was agreed upon AcuSystem immediately scheduled the inspection with the real estate agent and completed it the next business day. The cost of the inspection was more than fair and less than I thought it would be. Once the inspection was complete the inspector, David Gonzalez, immediately forwarded the report to me being I could not be at the home during the inspection. The home had an issue David found during the inspection and I had multiple questions regarding the problem. David answered my questions without delay and even gave me some much appreciated advice. I would definately recommend AcuSystem Home Inspections and Inspector David Gonzalez to anyone asking for a home inspection reference. If I need a further home inspection services I'll definately call them!

I asked David the inspector to look for mold and moisture prior to purchasing my house and he…read morestated that he was certified . His report did not mention any mold or moisture issues and that is the reason I purchased the house.Three weeks later I hired a contractor to replace my floors and he discovered mold 4 feet high in 4 rooms to the point that the interior walls were crumbling. I called David and sent emails with pictures and he claimed that I was being scammed and wanted to charge me to have the mold tested when clearly my walls were falling apart. He has not replied to my emails and I will report him to the better business bureau. I have plenty of pictures to prove it. His negligence put me in a financial hardship.

Nice and professional. Buyer and seller beware! Update #2: Oven was left on after they left. Only just found it 40 minutes later. Update #3: I just got off the phone with the agent they have and falsely claimed that I threw them out and stopped their inspection. 1 Star is 2 too many. Original Review: Currently inspecting our home and already caused damage that hasn't been reported to my wife or me. No "I'm Mr. ___ from ____" when coming into our house. He said it was on the roof and after I open that hatch he mention there was nothing there, just an outlet. I remember he closing a door in my face to "privately" talk with my realtor without me hearing when he was doing the inspection, which was when I started to double think my choice of inspection company and inspector. Not to mention Mold, apparently he tested my house for mold and it took less than 2 days to get a report that nobody could understand with a comment from him: "Everything is fine, no mold in that house". Overall I paid over $1000 for the worst inspection ever, on a house almost 2000 sq ft he took less than 2 hours to do everything, I think the overall result was subpar and it is a shame I can't get my money back or something, do not choose Jared Hyers, he will scam you! UPDATE: We are only three weeks into the new house and today we had our AC biweekly maintenance and in the picture below you can see all the bacteria there is in my HVAC. Remember, we paid over $1000 including Mold Inspection and this Jared Hyers wasn't able to find all this bacteria that would require only to take off 4 screws in the HVAC! Unbelievable!!! Worst house inspection ever!!!

We were second guessing the house we are purchasing. As always when buying a house things "come up"...... Kevin was very thorough, took HUNDREDS of photos and put our minds at ease of knowing what we are getting ourselves into. We were out of town for my birthday while this was going on and I didn't have access to internet on and off. We needed 2 other reports (which he had already done) but there is an extra charge for those. Everything was done within 48 hours. We paid $410 for regular inspection and $75 for wind mitigation and four point inspection. I wish I didn't have to pay the $75 since that report was already done, but we needed it quick and it was done quick!
