From the…read moretime we entered the office, we were made to feel like valued patients, even though we had never been there before. Check in was easy and quick. The receptionist was both very efficient and friendly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and inviting. After waiting less than 5 minutes, we were called and escorted into a room. The room was very clean and efficiently organized. Since we were new patients, we provided our medical history to the assistant who entered. Our answers were immediately entered into our records through the use of a tablet, not rolling computers or fancy laptops. Dr. Kim came into the room after a wait of less than 5 minutes. She explained in detail the patient-centered way she runs her practice and what we could expect from her as a provider. We immediately got the feeling that she was interested in us as people and not as customers like at the other dermatological practice we were previously associated with. Dr. Kim completed her exams in a thorough manner, explaining as she did them. Everything she needed was immediately available in the fully stocked exam room, unusual for a fairly new practice. Check out was just as easy as check-in. This is not a practice filled with lots of gadgets and superfluous monitors or equipment. Everything there seems to be in line with her patient-centered approach. Located in the West Seneca Medical Park (usually referred to as the "Taj Mahal") the office is easy to find and parking is plentiful. Signage in the complex can be confusing but that is a building problem and not a practice problem. Road access is very easy. Overall, this practice seems to be one that has great potential and should grow as more people discover it. An exceptional provider, welcoming surroundings, exceptional staff and the attitude that you are important as a person, not a number or file, is what you will find here.

I always had great, nicely shaped, and full brows that framed my face perfectly...well that is until menopause. I felt that the lack of brows aged me so I began using eyebrow pencil and thought I could do it until...whenever. After a while of the crayon brows, I began researching micro-blading for a more permanent look. One Friday, I must have called 12 different places and left messages, including Lisa at Natural Beauty. She was the first one of two people that called back, but after talking to her later the same day, she was the one I decided to go with. She is very easy to talk to and put me at ease. I have some tattoos but permanent makeup is a little different. She was wonderful and explained the process step by step, including touch ups, asked me if I had any questions, went over cost, (the only down side to micro-blading with anyone) and I had an appointment within two weeks. I was surprised and happy at how quickly she got me in for an appointment. Now the fun part. Lisa is a professional who reminds me of an artist. She takes her time, is methodical, has a steady hand, and works so that the finished product meets the specifications that you discussed on your original phone call. Lisa cares. She wants to make sure you're happy and wants to ensure she does the best job possible. For me, it's been almost 2 months now, and I've had one touch up since my first appointment. I can honestly say I am absolutely thrilled and am so glad it was Lisa that was the first one that called returned my call. This experience took out some of the sting for me in the aging process. I am extremely grateful for Lisa and the wonderful job she did.

I don't think about getting my hair cut - it just happens and today it happened and I happened to be close to this place. I hadn't been in years! "Will you take a walk on?" "We are happy to take a walk in." "But how long will I have to wait?" And from one of the stations, Mr. Henry himself yells out, "ten minutes." I can wait that long seeing how I had no appointment and to be honest, I'm not sure it was even ten minutes. Just long enough to look around and know I wasn't in just any ole hair cutting place - it was very stylish, hip and clean with music I actually liked! Sorry, but I cannot remember the woman who cut my hair, I can only tell you that she cut it perfectly. She knew exactly what I mean when I said, "Hard Part both sides" and she knew what I meant when I said, "I want to be able to come it to either side or just back at a length that doesn't look stupid and can you also trim up the facial hair?" This woman was amazing as I am sure everyone who works there will be. I couldn't see a thing as she cut, trimmed, shaved and styled my hair - first combing to the left, then the right, then back, then back to the right. When I finally put my glasses on - I knew it was perfect, exactly the cut I wanted! However, instead of being proud of the way I looked, my face turned a bright red when I realized I had left my wallet at home. A 15 minute ride! They were excellent with my embarrassment and I was able to call with my credit card when I got home - gave a good tip too! Anyone local should really check this place out - they know what the latest styles are, they are super friendly and if you remember your money - you will walk out feeling like a million bucks - ok maybe a hundred!
