I went here in early November 2020 and it was great. Good amount of stores and me and my family had a great time.

This mall isn't anything to write home about, but if you're a broke college student looking for a cheap new wardrobe, they have many stores here to accommodate you. Mall itself is pretty clean, but the selection of stores isn't that great overall. How can you have a mall in the Northwest with no Nordstroms? No bueno. read more

The owners of Bellis Fair mall have placed a large amount of money in making this mall more attractive, upscale and modern. This is a great benefit to visiting and as more modern retailers join the mall it has huge potential. The biggest aspect hurting this mall now is vacancy rates and stores that look like they could pack up overnight and you would never know they were there. read more

When I was a kid we used to come here and it was so big and fun. I recently came here after four years and boy was I surprised. Half the stores are closed and the other half are new besides Target, and the higher chain clothing stores. Anything smaller and privately owned never lasts here. Actually that's the new problem in Whatcom county everything is closing. There wasn't much to do here that and the chain stores we already know had a smaller selection of clothes and accessories. The food we had at the food court wasn't much better, but I guess that was to be expected. I'll still come back and visit again and hopefully it will get better. read more

Shopping center in this city. Its the spot (or used to be) if you were going to Western WA University. Like many malls, stores change overtime. This spot was also where alot of people had partime jobs. read more

Still a nice mall with Target, Macy s Kohls, JC Penny as the Major stores. Sad to see many stores closed & Old Country Buffet closed. We havent been here for a while b/ c we go further south to Bellvue or Alderwood Malls but Bellis Fair should not rely on Canadian traffic to keep operating. Saturday night & it was pretty quiet while in South Center last year Saturday night required security directing traffic. Its nice to see a bustling atmodphere in a mall. read more

Ate at Ivar's Fish and chips they were great. This bad post goes to the mall or other restaurants in the food court. While I was dining it's disturbing when you are being harassed by these disgusting flies. I know these particular ones come from stored greens, open displays of food or the garbage cans. This really is absolutely disgusting! Please someone do something about this immediately! read more

A great variety stores!! I recomend anime world but highly recommend hot topic it is where I buy most of my clothes. If u wanna bite to eat try the food court it has many great options including McDonalds and Orange Julius and if u have a sweet tooth try TCBY for all ur yogurt needs. I'd say BF is the best mall in town. read more

Got here right after it opened and the bathrooms were gross! The variety of stores is dwindling because they charge too much for rent. I've been to this mall since it opened sad to see it go so downhill. read more

What happened here? This used to be a bumpin' place. I remember family trips across the line yielding hauls of goodies not available on our side of the border, and new wardrobe additions bearing name brands that only exist in the U S of A. The parents would hum and haw over the deals in Target, while my fashionable sister would be tearing through the racks in Wet Seal. Gone are those days, long gone. This mall is like a graveyard. There are a few lost souls roaming around, but for the most part, this place is pretty quiet, and it's not hard to see why. Target and Macy's are the big anchors here, and this mall doesn't have much else in the middle, other than an Abercrombie & Fitch, and Hollister. It just seems that Bellingham isn't doing as well as it used to. Bellis Fair Mall is a good pit stop if you need to pick up some last minute items, but for serious shopping, Seattle is your better bet. read more

It's not much of a mall compared to Metrotown shopping, however, for cross boarder shopping this has a lot of what I need including a large department store, basic shoes and accessories and a grocery store....for a lot cheaper than back home. The food court is pathetic, however, there is plenty of other places to eat that isn't in the mall. read more

The Bellis Fair mall is far cry from what it used to be. Many of the unique and cool stores that were once here have gone out of business. There are many vacancies throughout the mall and the food court is about half the size it once was. The big stores are still here for basic needs but besides that there really is no point in coming here. read more

Driven past this mall many times on the way to Seattle and only today decided to stop in. This mall has tons of big stores like Macy's , Target, Kohl's , JC Penny, Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie , and Hollister. Even then I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The mall is super empty with tons of bare storefronts with not much foot traffic and there's a definite reason why. This place isn't really worth stopping at and I most definitely won't be coming back. read more

This mall is decent, excellent for its demographic (Bellingham is a little more relaxed compared to, say, Seattle), clean and affordable. I did miss some of the upper end stores like Banana Republic, but I was excited to see a Maurices. It's not very busy, which is a bad sign for business, but on the other hand, I got a lot of individual attention and it made for a more pleasant shopping experience. Enjoy the mall for what it is-a nice place to shop for more average things. You'll have to save your high end splurging for the big city:) read more

Great place to go if you need pretty much anything. I like it because all of the stylish stores are kind a grouped together. And all the genres are pretty much grouped together. If you like sports I recommend sports authority. If you need something fancy or just kick around then I recommend H&M. They have restaurants right when you walk in the main door including McDonald's,Subway and even a frozen yogurt place TCBY. A great mall you should definitely go there if you need anything. read more

I don't know what's going on at the Bellis fair but they seem to be driving all the stores out of there. Maybe their rents are too high and the shops are getting sick of it. They had a great asian teriyaki food place but they were priced out but a new one took its place which is just as good, then the yogurt place disappeared, then orange julius which had been there since conception left, then the food buffet, then a new sandwich place died, and I went yesterday to find Mcdonalds who have always been there have completely vanished. I guess the owners want to get rid of all the shops and food places and build condos. My only guess? They sure don't want customers the way it looks to me or they are just too greedy. Perhaps charge a little less rent and keep your tenants and maybe your customers. read more

This mall is average. That's honestly the only accurate way to describe it. I think the only stores worth checking out are the Macy's and Target, but other than that is the American novelty Canadians get over the border. Drive down to Seattle if you want something bigger. read more

Bellis Fair is not your high end, luxury mall. If you want that, you need to go to Lynnwood or South Center. Bellis Fair caters to our small community or retirees and students. It's an anchor for the community - but not for anyone else! It has many teen store - Hollister, Abercromie and Fitch, Maurices, Forever 21, Aropostate, and American Eagle Outfitters. The food court is small, but has a nice variety - Mcdonald's, Subway, Cinnabun, Ivar's, J & J Mongolian Grill, Kojo Of Japan, Panda Express, Lotus Grill, Starbucks, TCBY, and Orange Julius. It also has recently installed television to sit and relax while you have a drink at Starbucks. Macy's is small, but has a nice enough selection - their prices are never as good as Seattle. JCP is also very small, but the sales associates are always ready to help order whatever you need, that the store doesn't have room to carry. It's usually very quiet. Target is very conveniently located, and has a large grocery section, making the mall a "one stop finds it all" type of place. Kohl's is pretty nice sized, and their prices are always pretty good. Their is also a new Sport's Authority that is HUGE. Overall Bellis Fair fits Bellingham, slow, quiet, nice, and efficient, but not a great place for high end designer wear. Overall, I give it a 3 star rating. read more

Has most things you need that come to a mall. The See's Candie is a little booth as opposed to a store which is surprising. The parking lot was full yet surprisingly there was no one in the mall. read more

As a local who goes here frequently you can see that it's going down hill. Many of the stores are empty and it's quite depressing.

I bought a couple of pairs of shorts at Kohls on clearance for a fantastic price. It seemed kind of empty for a mall. There are some good places to eat in the food court. read more

I was there yesterday and it was very quiet. I did most of my Christmas Shopping there when my daughers were younger. My daughters said it was not Christmas unless we made the trek to Bellis Fair with all its Christmas lights in the food fair. Apparently its going to be changing up. H an M is moving in there, the play centre is being moved and other stores. I mostly shop online now. My daughters mostly shop in Canada. Most Cdns head to outlet stores. Target has moved into Canada now, we have one here and its very clean and not cluttered like the one in Bellis Fair. And BF does accept some Cdn debit cards like Royal Bank. read more

Canadian at par was a joke. First, it was not Canadian at Par but rather a discount. At Macy's it was 25% but everyone got it not just Canadians. As the clerk said when I asked if she wanted to see my ID "today everyone is Canadian". Second, the majority of stores DID NOT participate so why describe it as a mall promotion? At DSW when I asked about CDN at Par, the reply was "no but if it makes you feel better our prices are usually about 20% less". Gee thanks but I don't think you get it! We'll take a pass in future. Huge lineups to park, and at Macy's same to try on clothes and worse to pay. Store was a disaster because there were no staff to help and with the volume of shoppers (US and CDN) clothes, shoes etc. piled up everywhere. read more

Love this mall. They have the stores I want and at reasonable prices.

We loved the idea of the theater showing the Met HD Opera broadcast on Saturday morning. Performance was superb, but hey, it's nearly November and they forgot to turn on the heat. The popcorn and ticket booth gals said they'd turned it on. NO! Finally another employee arrived much later who knew how. We sat freezing from 9:45 am until a bit of chilly air finally started warming us after 1 pm. My feet, face, and ears were too frozen to notice. A smart lady went to her car for a blanket at intermission. I'll be taking one next time. Chairs weren't comfy enough for a long performance. They also charge a bit more than other theaters showing the same opera. read more

So.. So .. so glad old country buffet closed. It was so unsanitary to eat at and I regret spending my hard earned money there. First and last time, I vowed I would never go back. Rude staff, accused my mom of grabbing food without paying. My mom was so embarrassed when they asked her to see her receipt if she paid. When I returned to the table my mom told me what happened and I lost my patience, when they again returned to see if we just grabbed food without paying. I had enough. Needless to say I whipped out my receipt and told the employee that it was rude of her to accuse people of dining and dashing. Considering we had just paid ten minutes prior and she saw. Top it all off it was dusty and a dirty place overall . Macy's, Jc penny, kohls, and target are your four points of the mall. All good stores. Since our Canadian dollar is garbage at the moment, it's discouraged me to go buy more often. Other businesses are decent, but any store that is the same chain out here. I'm not going to spend more on. I rather get it in Canada. read more
