Great mall to walk around and shop indoors. Not too big you get lost and not too small. Very walkable with lots of stores we all want at a mall!! I don't live around here and came with my daughter to pickup a few things. I can imagine it would get extremely crowded on holidays, but we came early on a Saturday and it wasn't bad.

Like many shopping center across the country, Bellis Fair has struggled in recent years. Recently remodeled, the mall features a clean, modern food court with good vendors (including Ivar's and Starbucks) and very comfortable surroundings. Target, Macy's, Kohl's and J.C. Penney's anchor this mall which also features a Dicks Sporting Goods and Bellingham's only Red Robin! ***************************** If you found something useful in my review, please rate my review as 'useful,' (and/or, 'funny,' or 'cool' if appropriate). Unknown flavor gifted to me for free

Food Court is great, I went to Rock & Roll Sushi and ordered 4 lemon rolls. And the chef actually gave me 6 more rolls for free! Wonderful service, wonderful food, love them.

Looks like they've remodeled the mall since the last time I was here. I actually can't recognize the place anymore. I was here early, before the stores opened, but the interior looks much nicer than in the 1990s. With that said, the mall did seem a bit empty, even for the early hours. The food court looks much nicer than before, so maybe the place is worth revisiting during more normal hours.

Bellis Fair is basically a pit stop for Canadians heading back to Canada with their stash of goods purchase at good discounts with our superior loonie. I see them Canadians ripping the price tags off items in the parking lot. Then comes the decision of what to declare at the border and which receipts to keep. It's a good ol Canuck tradition just like watching hockey games in our toques with a Molson on hand. The mall itself is pretty basic in terms of variety. It's anchored by Target and a minuscule version of Macy's department store. The food court is not much to speak about ; mongolian grill, Ivars, and Mcdonalds are my only suggestions. You could always head to Boston Pizza or Red Robins just outside the food court parking lot.

Another store closing down due to lack of customers and high rent

Mall management is in need of desperate change in management style and their mindset. Rents are going way up and business is poor. They have misleading sales tactics like Canadian dollar at par promotions when in fact, they have their own alternative definition of what at "par" means. It's a real shame management is destroying this mall. They do have many large cell phone providers though which is odd. Still no retailer in the Old Country Buffet space. Mall may end up like the one in Blaine, empty eventually.

The mall is the same as 10 years ago. Only issue is that there is really not much to buy there. There is a target, Macy's, Kohl and JC Penny. The mall is not very busy. But there is old country buffet in the mall.

Like their remodelled look, comffy seating areas. Wished Oakridge had this. Look carefully for their charging outlets!

I went here in early November 2020 and it was great. Good amount of stores and me and my family had a great time.

As a local who goes here frequently you can see that it's going down hill. Many of the stores are empty and it's quite depressing.

Love labels! With a HUGE selection of clothes, accessories, housewares, books, stemware and cute…read moredishes for entertaining. What's not to love about Labels? Just a few things in my experience... Sage, the owner is an absolute professional and I have been consigning with her for years at different locations. The James street and NW store seem to be inconsistent with each other as far as what they will accept. If one location does not take something, I go to the other store and they accept it. So, it may depend whose working or the particular needs of the store at a given time. This is my biggest issue with them is the consistency. Their acceptance seems to, at times depend on who is working and I rarely see the same gals behind the counter. They are always pleasant and don't make me feel rushed though. I like that they donate clothes, so you know if Labels does not accept them they will end up in a good home :-) I have purchased a few books here (bran new) but rarely anything else. I searched for jeans several times and can't find my size. Also, it's hard to get to clothes because most of them are jam- packed on the racks with little room to freely move about the store. They accept and move an insane amount of merchandise, which is great for consignors but doesn't lend to to a very pleasant shopping experience. Payments are always prompt and hassle free. Some places require you to have a minimum amount in your account. Not the case here, just present your ID and you're good to go!

Armani dress (polyester shift), new with tags, original price $187 - earnings $12.60. LOL!! Club Monaco quilted jacket (like new condition) - earnings $9.20. La Vie En Rose satin romper, new with tags, original price $54 - earnings $4.40. *The above amounts are only if I use the earnings in store as credit; they get reduced by about 50% if I request a cash payout. The staff was friendly and the store is tidy and well merchandised, I am just providing an honest review for sellers who want to get higher earnings on quality clothing resales.

I like Kohl's, but I feel ambivalent about this location…read more Pros: + Generous with discounts + They carry brands, such as Apt. 9, that are affordable yet of great quality and good design Cons: - Their coupons have too many exclusions - Customer service is hit or miss - Store pickup has issues (below) In the past three weeks or so, I ordered items online and picked them up at the store. Each and every time, there was an item they could not locate and had to cancel the item. This happened three times in three weeks! Yes, they can blame their inventory management system, but for me as a customer, it's simply not working. To make it worse, each time when I when to pick up my order, they only told me they had to cancel an item in an as-a-matter-of-fact way, no sorry or anything! ****************************** If you found something useful in my review, please hit "useful" so that I can improve my reviews. I was very impressed with the customer service we received at this store…read more I'll admit that Kohl's is not one of the stores I usually frequent when I'm shopping. I was at Bellis Fair with my mother and my grandmother and they wanted to buy bath towels. Once they were ready to pay, they lined up at the cashier. We hadn't been waiting for very long but a bit of a line was starting to form (there were 2 or 3 people ahead of us) but staff was very quick to open additional tills to minimize the wait. My mother's purchase was a little complicated as she wanted to pay for the items separately, but the sales associate was very patient and accommodating despite the fact that other customers were waiting (additional tills were opened to help them as well). The store is clean and well organized and they often have great deals. Based on my experience, I will add Kohl's to my list of places to check out when I'm at Bellis Fair.
