Great customer service! The only con is that there are long waiting periods. Otherwise great atmosphere.

I felt treated as if I were incompetent during a vulnerable procedure. While the support staff was wonderful, the dentist's lack of empathy and professional kindness made me regret my choice. I stand by my experience: patients deserve to be treated with respect, not condescension.

Review of Dr. Peter Straub - Summit Dental (Omaha, NE) I had…read moremultiple negative experiences with Dr. Peter Straub. From the beginning, he was extremely rude and dismissive, both toward me and even his staff. During treatment, he forced me into extractions that weren't necessary, telling me that if I didn't agree, he wouldn't work on the crown I actually needed. He was very controlling, frequently jerked my head around during appointments, and overall showed no compassion or professionalism. At one visit, I asked if I could go without numbing medication since I only needed to switch out a crown. Instead of respecting that request, he seemed to go out of his way to be as rough as possible, leaving me in severe pain. He even drilled on a tooth that didn't need treatment and damaged it so badly I had to see another dentist to fix the problem. When I spoke up for myself, instead of addressing my concerns, he became angry and retaliated by sending me a letter withdrawing services, not just from him, but from all Summit Dental locations in Omaha. Simply because I questioned his behavior. To make matters worse, he messed up another tooth, refused to provide pain relief, and I ended up in the ER for help. I've since learned from other reviews that I am not alone, others have reported similarly harmful and unprofessional treatment, including one shocking case where he allegedly called CPS on a patient without reason. In my opinion, his behavior is unprofessional and unethical.
