Laura…read moremanaged Tassels, a high end jewelry store in Buckhead (owned by Betsy's mom), for 11 years and Betsy ran a sweet, one-of-a-kind online monogram and gift business. The two fashion-forward ladies have known one another for years and have become friends that are more like family. Over dinner this summer, Mitylene (Betsy's grandmother's name) was born! With five children between them, (Betsy has 3 boys and Laura has a son and daughter), Betsy and Laura have struggled to find clothes that are not appliquéd with silly themes or clothes that looked like their parents clothes, just shrunk. The result? Mitylene - a new boutique that retails very hard to find, unique and special lines. Mitylene features collections out of Europe, niche brands, favorite US brands and even hand knits from the Andes. Every item has been hand picked by us, and is something we would be excited to dress our children in.

We aren't able to be there for the birth and wanted to get something special for our new grandson. They have a 15 month old son so really don't need much. The owner of Wee Boutique helped us find two adorable newborn outfits that will be special along with a very cute book and teether to include. She also had 2 board books with flaps and tabs to send to our older grandson (with topics about taking care of a baby and being a sibling). Our grandson loves books that have things to lift or pull so these will be perfect. To top it off, Wee Baby offers free gift wrap and shipping options. This is perfect for us since we are in the middle of buying and selling houses to move closer to our grandsons! So glad we traveled from East Cobb to Wee Baby today!

I love this adorable little boutique on Roswell Road! I am so happy they are here!…read more I've visited several times so far and have found some truly lovely, one of a kind pieces. During all my visits I have found the staff to be kind, and helpful. Not only have I purchased, but I have also had to return a few items. Regardless of the type of transaction, I was treated courteously. I particularly adore their little girls' clothing. Their selection changes depending on the season and they offer beautiful holiday options, as well. I would recommend that they expand on their accessories (socks, headbands, shoes, etc) to help compliment their clothing. Looking forward to stopping by here to shop for our summer travels!

Awful customer service We got gifts from friends for our…read morebabies (twins). We tried to exchange then today with a gift receipt for a bigger size and encountered two problems: 1). The gifts were bought at an outlet of the same brand in North Carolina, and their policy does not allow regular stores to receive exchanges from outlet stores. This is a problem in their policy. 2). The two women in the store gave awful customer service. They did not provide any options other than going to the outlet in North Carolina were the gifts were bought, and we live in Atlanta. Their attitude was extremely snotty I subsequently called the store in North Carolina. The store manager there was very nice on the phone and did give an option to mail the gifts, and she would mail us store credit. While I am thankful to her for giving me an option around the problematic company policy, in practice I do not have time to go to a post office, pay to send the gift back, etc Hence, I wish the company reviews and changes their policy, and especially, I wish they better train their employees in customer service.

As soon as I walked in, I saw the 1st Valentine's Day outfit (great selling approach) & when into G-Ma shopping mode. Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Back to the clearance/sale, I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale have an affordable price point. The store is in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around. Kirstyn, the store manager was pleasant & helpful as I tried to decipher between 6mos & 9mos sizes. Then it clicked to always go up a size for comfort. On my first trip there, the lady that helped couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating (regrettably, I don't remember her name). Unfortunately, the boot was too small and I came back after traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday to exchange them. They did not have the size I needed in several, similar boot styles but I was able to get something in a completely different shoe (no refunds after 10 days, just store credit and I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get back there). The lady that helped me on my return trip was neither friendly or very helpful. The lady that helped me originally was busy with another customer (fine), and I DO NOT mind waiting, I teach my daughter all the time that you have to 'Wait your turn'. What I do not like when it comes to customer service is no acknowledgement of your presence, standing around until someone acknowledges that you exist (the store is VERY small, you can't be missed), being helped like there are a million other things you could be doing with your time and ultimately feeling like you could either take or leave my business. This is not a big-box shop, I never understood this attitude when it came to small business owners. Go for the shoes and the selection, take a gamble on the experience.
