Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. My only concern was that my fiancé did not purchase my ring locally, so I didn't know who would be willing to help me. Yesterday, I Googled jewelers and decided to check with Solomon Brothers. I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone who assured me that this was something they could do and that it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes since my ring is pretty new (6 months) and didn't need much. Today, I drove over! It was a bit challenging to find because I was looking for a standalone building with a big sign. Waze failed me but after switching to Apple Maps, I was able to figure it out. I pulled toward the side of the sky rise next to a parking garage and actually saw a space open in front of the building that said it was reserved for Solomon Brothers parking! Bingo! I took that spot and started pulling doors that were locked. Very confused, I circled the building and discovered the lobby. I entered, walked to the elevators, and saw what I was looking for: floor 17! I tapped on the screen and it directed me to which elevator to use, which took me straight up to my desired floor. The elevators themselves only have open and close buttons inside which is interesting. Upon reaching my floor, I looked and saw the entrance to Solomon Bros. As a woman was leaving, she held the door open for me, and I walked up to the front desk to inquire. I was greeted by Ellen! I explained what the gentleman on the phone had told me, and she confirmed that would be no problem. She grabbed a jewelry tray, I placed my ring inside, and she whisked it away to clean it, encouraging me to peruse the store as I waited. It didn't take long until she met back up with me and gave me back my freshly cleaned ring! It looks just like the day it was given to me! So sparkly! I felt taken care of and treated well, and I appreciate their willingness to help me and generosity! I definitely want to come back again soon to look more at what they have to offer. Their selection is huge, and as Ellen had told me, there is a variety of priced pieces. Thanks again very much!

Within a few days of wearing my ring I hit my hand and it turned into this mess that is being treated by a doctor. I am afraid of my ring and they will do nothing because I first contacted them a few days outside of the return perio. The ring is in perfect condition. The stone is incredibly disappointing as well. I wish we never-used this place.
