The menu is on par with burger joints on the mainland in terms of price, and BGS is keen to draw attention to the freshness of their ingredients, from their salads through to their house-made buns. Eat in store or take away. My favourite thing about take away at BGS is that they welcome phone orders, so instead of having to hang around Sandy Bay for fifteen minutes, you can just roll up, collect your order and take off. Perfect. Plus there's Gillespies Ginger Beer (my happy place) in the fridge. Both were super yummy, and I appreciated that they had the full complement of Asian condiments available: Sriracha, soy, sambala chili sauce, fish sauce, you name it.
