I have also had an amazing experience there. I have seen a few different massage therapists and all have been excellent. I am currently going to Melissa - she does a wonderful job and checks in throughout the session about pressure, comfort, and reminds to relax and breathe. I also appreciate that they have parking available. I did the 45 min. Vedic Head Massage with Austin and it was amazing! They focus on your scalp, face/jaw, neck, shoulders, briefly the arms/hands. I personally have a lot of jaw and face tension, and have been trying to find a place that offers that type of massage. Thank goodness for The Lotus Room! I will definitely be back.

Yes, the facility is very nice, but it is a rip off, and because the masseuse is guaranteed a huge (20%) tip, they actually don't do anything to ensure they are abiding by the guidelines.
