At the end, she told me she cut 6 inches, but when I got home I measured and 11 inches were actually cut off. There are no layers, my hair was cut straight across my collarbone. My bangs are uneven. This is not what I asked for. I'm sad and disappointed. This cost for this cut with tip was 100 dollars. It doesn't look flattering...
