I appreciated that she was welcoming! Unfortunately not many things in larger sizes so I wasn't able to shop for clothing but it was all so beautiful! It honestly looked like a lot of larger sizes were sold as they did offer some larger and xls but most items were only smalls and mediums on the rack. They do have some other items like random gift items and home decor. They appeared to be sold out of a lot of jewelry. Their branding was gorgeous as well. When we were shopping in a store just down the street, someone noticed my daughter and told her she should stop by Hazel Mac. Just like any mother.... I made her dreams come try. We headed to Hazel Mac. I walked in and loved everything. The attention to detail through our. The architecture of the building, the esthetic... it was a whole vibe for sure. I loved the fireplace, mirror, bay window and the couch. That couch was stunning. The clothing was great. I did not notice many plus size items. I am a 2x/3x and like looking cute too. I love a good baggy sweater. I drooled over many of the earrings they had and the slippers they had. Overall, a super cute store that will go places. Skippack scored with this store, and Hazel Mac scored a great location! See you in June!

I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.
