They returned to confirm measurements shortly after we booked and kept us informed about possible install timelines. They just finished our install yesterday and we can't get over how nice our windows look! I was also very impressed by the men who installed. Joey, with First Class Hardware, came in and realigned 4 already installed exterior doors; they were not closing properly and when he finished they all closed perfectly! He installed 7 interior doors and again they all work perfectly. He installed the door knobs for the interior and exterior doors as well as deadbolts on the exterior. He installed all door/drawer pulls on the kitchen cabinets; they were placed with precision and look great. We are so pleased with the workmanship, and professionalism we experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently having all the tools needed to do the job right. We will definitely have him return to install all baseboards and door casings. Highly recommend this company. First, the guys were two hours late which totally messed up our schedule for the day. We didn't have a lot of stuff to move. We were moving from one bedroom in a rental house into a one bedroom apartment. It took them at least two hours to load the truck and they didn't even get all of our stuff in the truck. They said we would need to have two trips although that was never the plan. I had given them an inventory of the items we had to move and they said we would have no problem making it in one trip. When we got to the apartment, they said that it would only take them thirty minutes to unload everything. Of course, that didn't happen. I'm not even totally sure of how long they ended up taking because I had to leave to pick up our dogs and get a bunch of the stuff they left at our old house. My computer desk which was in immaculate shape is now damaged. Our coffee table is damaged. I wrote them a check and they messaged the next day that they weren't able to deposit it and that I needed to give them another one. I messaged them back saying that they were totally unprofessional in asking that I bring them another check and I informed them that they had damaged our furniture and that we were very unsatisfied. I never got a reply and the check went through so I guess they don't want to fix issues with customers in any way. This was a lesson learned for sure. I definitely would NEVER recommend these movers to anyone else.
