My options were Dairy Queen or Hot Diggety Dawgs, there wasn't even a contest...I love trying new spots. They have a small private parking lot and a couple picnic tables outside under some trees. It's a small building with a counter and four tables & chairs that are painted red & yellow like Ketchup & mustard...cute! I liked it! Made me happy. I ordered a WV Dog with Chili, Slaw and Onions holding the mustard. I like mustard but some peeps can be too gung ho with the squirt bottles so it's easier to omit than jeopardize the end result. He took my order and handed me a very cold can of Coca Cola. I paid $3.50 great value, great budget friendly prices. The Hot Dog was very good. He served it in a red plastic basket. The bun was a toasted English Bun, the Weiner was grilled and the chili was excellent. The Cole Slaw was homemade but no carrots in it. Not a lot of onion but no complaints. I really enjoyed the Hot Dog. Definitely going back! The price can't be best and that Hot Dog Chili was killer!!!

The restaurant was a great environment with comfortable lighting and we are interested in visiting again to eat outside along the river when the construction is complete!

Tony and I recently stopped here because we were hungry and there really wasn't anything else…read morearound. The town is very old and sleepy and slightly cramped and dirty looking! So, I wasn't too happy about stopping but I was getting a headache. We stopped and I got the $5 lunch basket of chicken strips, fries, gravy and a Mr Pibb to drink and a hot fudge sundae, good price for all of that!!! Chicken was too done..too tough in the old deep fried grease...bad choice and I was extremely disappointed. The fries cooked in the same bad old grease so I couldn't eat it. My Mr Pibb was okay and the hot fudge sundae was good on this 90 degree day but after 4 bites on a basically empty stomach full of old stale grease, I was sort of nausea now..so hubby ate the rest of my sundae. Tony went with 2 hot dogs, ordered chili cheese dogs add onion..got 2 hot dogs add chili and onions..no cheese not sure what happened there. Per the receipt I didn't pay for the chili cheese dogs, she rang it up as 2 hot dogs so I didn't take it back, he was just unhappy camper. The store was small and very cramped, tables and people jammed into this small building. The bathroom was dirty and scary.. I opted to pass !! Not going to stop here again.
