My puppy was boarded one time before Lorna and he didn't eat or drink water all day..So with Lorna was the second experience. Her place is very clean, with a comfy, warm feeling - nothing similar to a regular daycare. Lorna is so so nice and knows a lot about dogs I received texts and updates about Astro, he ate! Drank water and curled up into a bed. Nothing compared to the first experience. Lorna is a dog whisperer and I wish I would have something similar in NJ but that will never happen.. it's obvious Lorna loves dogs and pays a lot of attention to them! Hope to be back soon!

A women on the phone behind the cashier said "it's going to be awhile and I have a line and going on my lunch." In the "line" in front of the store was 2 people and there were 2 other employees there for a total of 3 employees. Do they only have 1 staff member in each department? That would be wild on a Saturday late morning. Even if this was the case, her reply was unnecessarily rude especially since I didn't even ask her since she was on the phone. Customer service is dead. **Update** I was finally able to get some help and it was the woman on the phone. As she asked what I needed, she made a point to mumble that she would see what she can do because she needed to clock out for lunch. Apparently this retail business model is to not make sales while people are at lunch. Crazy idea here, more staff?

She went above and beyond to support me! Knowing the hair would be everywhere she didn't mind one little bit! And it took me AGES! She never once hurried me, or complained. I also saw her finished product of a pup she groomed and it was so cute it should be on the cover of Groomer Magazine. We've both been in business for decades, and have seen many groomers come on the scene yet not know much about grooming at all. Just know, if you're booking with Nikole, you've found yourself a hidden gem! Be sure to tip her, or treat her to a massage, a mani/pedi, or something! She deserves it!
