He went into the shop and tried on a pair of slip-on sandals. Happy with the shoes he tried on, the employee went to the back and brought out a box. My son paid and left. He only wore the shoes into the Podiatrist office. The Podiatrist informed him he was sold women's shoes that was why they didn't feel right. When he took the shoes back they would not exchange them for the men's shoe he was supposed to get. He had to pay for yet another pair of shoes. Upon returning to the store with my son, the man (possible owner) was rude and unwilling to make THEIR mistake right. We will never shop there again and we will definitely be sharing our experience with everyone we know! It is a shame when you want to support a local store and the customer service is so pathetic.
