The lady told me the end of the week it would be done. Never herd back. Called a week 1 1/2 weeks later and the owner went to check on it and said "oh its still sitting where you left it on the front counter, I'll have it done today for you! We'll decided to let that go and myself and my husband went in and ordered his SAR hat(as tgey are the only ones that can do them). We were specifically told 1 to 1 1/2 weeks. Well that passed and I called and left a message asking where our order was. I received a text back stating it was done. Drove down there and it wasn't even correct! They didn't even put my husband's name on it! So I have to drive all the way back(we live up country) to get it today. I called and asked for a discount due to the issues. He said what issues? So I told him it wasn't ready when promised and then you told me it was done when it wasn't and now I have to drive all the way back. He just went silent! I said "I'll take that as a no?" He goes ya no it was just delayed...then he says I think I told you we were backed up. I told him no sorry that was never told to us and it was more than just delayed that it wasn't even right when you said it was completed. He then said well you already paid right and I said yes to he just offered a discount on a future purchase. I told him we wouldn't ever come back after both orders being a mess and neither being done when told, Im sure glad we didnt need them by a certain time! Told him he had crappy customer service as well. Not sure why he can't understand there was way more wrong than just a delay with both orders and a discount for the hat issues should be given.(not store credit). If it was done correctly when he said it was and I went to go get it then a little delay would have been OK but this is unexceptional! I wouldnt recommend having any work done here!

July '24 I ordered a name badge and when I got the text saying it was ready I went into the store about a week or two later. They had another part of my order ready but no name badge. I remember being told "it's not ready" I had to come back the following week later just to pick this up. Mind you- I live over an hour and a half away as this is the closest uniform store to me. I had colleagues tell me " your vest is ready" and had literally no clue what they were talking about just laughed it off. To my surprise, I walk into the store and see my name badge on a mannequin. Front and center. I'm thinking how long has this been on there, I ask Wade (the guy at the counter) if I could have it after he admits they've had it up for months without my knowledge. He tells me to hold off on the transaction. Thinking he just has to put the product info he ends up charging me $22 dollars for this name badge. I go back in the store surprised I've just been charged. I explain I remember being told the badge wasn't ready when really it probably was just misplaced, and I had to come back to the store out of my own inconvenience, the products been promoted at numerous academies, and the only explanation I received was "it's only promoted to people who come in to buy and at the academy" Okay- not every one who may walk into that store needs to know my name- given my VERY unique and VERY uncommon last name. Professionally.. Unless someone needs to know my name-- I will tell them myself. My name was being "promoted" without 1) consent 2) knowledge and on top of the embarrassment they wanted to charge me $22 for a name badge that wouldn't exist had they had my order ready? No discount for my items, or even a store credit? There are other mannequins with peoples names on them being "promoted" and I don't think they would be happy finding out. Use J. The shop is fairly large in size for a uniform shop and I was impressed with the selection of items they had in stock. This shop is equipped with just about everything a first responder would need from uniforms, gear and in store alterations. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by one of the ladies working there. She assisted me with my purchase without any issues. As for pricing, I would say they are on par with the other shops. The shop can be difficult to locate on your first visit. It is in a shopping strip mall and it is located to the north east just off Pacific Avenue.
