How am I supposed to know if it's pronounced I O N or ion(i-on). You have your hair dyed you should know what we're talking about. She was just rude and horrible customer service. Second day. I was looking at the dyes, and the tall girl with glasses is just standing next to us looking at me and my friend! She had enough room to walk by us, but no. She stood there for about a minute before just walking by, and nothing was wrong with that but it was random. Then we go to pay and she was all rude! You chose this job! You chose to do customer service, I still tried to be nice. The girl before me payed about $100 in 20s. Our total was $59, we tried to give her $100 and she said "I can't break an 100." Like I know most people pay with 10s and 5s! She had enough, she was just to lazy. Don't go here if you don't want horrible customer service.

Recently, I purchased 2 items, but unfortunately had to return 1. I've never had to return anything so I was quite surprised to find out that the store policy is 30 day store credit, which means I have 30 days to find something. I'm quite optimistic though because the boutique always has cute pieces that come in periodically. Luckily, I live 15 min away. For those of you that don't, make sure you know the policy should you have to return an item especially because the pieces can be pricey. With all that said, I would def recommend this store. I was really excited to come in and look at wedding bands since my fiancé had my engagement ring…read moreset here and previously had a great experience. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and honestly confusing. I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
